Welcome to Las Terrazas del JardĂn NazarĂ â B41, a stylish two-bedroom penthouse duplex in the heart of VĂ©lez de Benaudalla, Granada. Set within a peaceful gated complex inspired by Moorish architecture, with fountains, palms and shaded courtyards, this apartment is designed for guests who want a comfortable base close to both coast and mountains.

We have owned Las Terrazas del Jardin Nazari B41 since 2014 and have recently begun to welcome guests.
We also own Casa Christabel y Casa Annabel in BenalmĂĄdena and present them as part of our Apartments Andalucia.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We fell in love with the Costa Tropical as it is so unspoilt and has not yet been discovered by lots of tourists. The climate is perfect, never getting too hot or too cold. It is easy to get to and is only around an hour from Malaga airport. Velez de Benaudalla is a wonderful Moorish white washed village , which is only 15 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from Granada. The village is quiet but has plenty of bars which are a flat walk from the apartment. My family love to ski and snow board and the Sierra Nevada ski slopes are only an hour away! I love to walk and Velez de Benaudalla is close to the Alpujarras, famous for their walking trails.
