Welcome to my home and to this fantastic city!
My spacious apartment has three bedrooms and is the ideal base for visiting Rome. Strategically located in the lively Prati area and with excellent connections, you will be in the city center but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle.
The living area is spacious and bright and features a modern design. Relax on the sofa bed, have fun with your friends, you will feel at home!
It is a welcoming and inviting space where you can relax.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third has a single bed. All beds are made with fresh, clean linen. What more could you want for optimal rest?
You will find at your disposal enough space to store all your clothes and personal items!
Wake up in the morning with a fantastic shower or a relaxing soak in our lovely bathrooms, they are the perfect place to relax and take care of yourself. You will find a basic supply of shower gel and shampoo.
If cooking is your passion, you will find everything you need to experiment with local recipes or prepare your favorite breakfast. The kitchen equipment is complete and simple to use.
Upon your arrival you will find my home professionally cleaned.

To offer you and all the guests a pleasant stay please consider the following:

- check in time is 3pm - 8pm > any delay will be subject to a request of €30 for the first hour; additional €10 for each extra hour;
- please respect the house and the people who live in the building (don’t make noise between 10pm and 8am in the morning);
- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (not applied to children up to 10 years); you can pay the city tax amount in cash at the check in;
- guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities;
- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);
- for long term rentals (over 29 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via email before arrival
- each stay is SUPPLIED WITH a set of linen and towels based on the number of guests and a basic supply of soap and toilet paper for each bathroom; for medium-long stays there are no intermediate supplies or linen changes during the stay.

Wonderful proprty

Eleonora is the best host we have had on VRBO. The property location was close to the Vatican .Spacious, clean ,great for two couples . Restaurants and food stores close by. Loved watching the kids play soccer in the field next to the property. You will love this location . We walked to the old town every day. 5 star property!

Great Location Near Vatican City

Great location - walking distance to Vatican City, restaurants, groceries, etc. Wonderful view of St. Peter's Basilica from the balcony. The check in process with Mattia was straightforward. There are 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the Living Room. Kitchen was functional. Just had some minor issue with one of the keys to the front gate not working properly. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Eleonora.

Perfect location, Needs some polish and upkeep

Our family stayed a week at the and it was a great location. The home definitely had some small issues that add up. If these that could be improved to make this a perfect stay. Highlights beautiful views of the church from the balcony school yard with lively church bells and folks playing soccer throughout the evening close and walkable to Vatican elevator in building two supermarkets walking distance electronic door lock making it easy to buzz in. Lowlights - Kitchenware and appliances were inadequate. There were two kettles and both were broken in some way. - Air conditioning remote for units were not working. One was broken and the other had to be twacked to be able to change temperature. - Bathroom with shower was small and awkward to enter/exit. - Folding rack for hanging clothes and drying was broken. - The hallway light stayed on no matter what during the night making it difficult to stay in the living room if you were on a larger group overnight. - Elevator did break during our stay, someone on another floor opened it prematurely and it was stuck for half a day. Big risk for an older person in a wheel chair. (nothing much you can do about it) Truly great apartment that could use some small love.

Short stay in Rome

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The property was clean and well-located, in a charming neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a grocery store nearby. It was about a 20-minute walk to Vatican City, which made sightseeing very convenient. There were plenty of towels provided, and the bedding was comfortable. Another big plus was that the host kindly helped us book a ride back to the airport, which was much appreciated. Communication with host was very good and fast to respond.That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. While the basics were covered, the apartment felt quite barebones. The kitchen lacked some essentials—even basic items like salt were missing, with only a packet of sugar and some vinegar left behind. The beds, though comfortable, were quite shaky and could use some maintenance. Additionally, the supply of soap and shampoo was not really adequate. Future guests may also want to ask for clear instructions on how to use the washing machine and the stove, as they weren’t very intuitive. A little more attention to furnishings and kitchen supplies would go a long way in making the space more comfortable.

Nice apartment with view of the Vatican

I stayed here with my family and we found it very nice. The host communicated well with me before the stay, and the property manager was very friendly, giving us lots of recommendations for places to see in Rome. The property was clean and it looked like the photos in the listing. The one "downside" is the distance from the city centre, but it was worth it for the price - and the metro is nearby if you don't fancy walking! Overall we had a very positive experience here and would recommend it.

A lovely location and a spacious apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay in Rome. Eleonora”a property is spacious and in a very central Location. Check in was very easy and when we had a problem with the door, a maintenance man came right away. The property could benefit from some attention to the AC, the shower drain and the taps. It was great value overall and we were pleased to have stayed there.

Family Friendly

The team managing this property made it so easy to get communication and they even helped us arrange safe and reliable transport to and from the airport . The apartment is spacious and the beds comfortable . Plenty of hot water and a 10 -15 minute walk to the Vatican. Recommend for any family on a budget .

Great apartment, friendly hosts

This was a near perfect apartment for our family vacation to Rome. We wanted three bedrooms and two bathrooms without spending a fortune, so I knew there would be some compromising All in all, I was very happy with this location. Communication with the hosts was great, and they even accommodated an early check-in for us. All things being equal, I would have preferred just a little bit less remote. Walking everywhere in Rome is possible, but realistically, all of the major sites (except the Vatican) required transit. But there were plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, so it is not as if you're stuck at the apartment either. Would definitely recommend this apartment and host.

Older building, may need to reconsider amenities

I have mixed feelings about this location. Location, initial impression, and hand off were amazing so we were very excited. But issues w/the washer, lack of working plugs, and some later communications make me reluctant to return.-LAUNDRY: washer doesn't work. Despite back and forth between the host who insisted it was perfectly fine, the reality was that despite following every instruction complete w/video (and the official manufacturers manual) our clothes would sit soaking in their own filth water and tumble intermittently for hours. With varied attempts at programs, load sizes, resets etc. The only time it supposedly ran w/o issue was with an empty load by the host's friend while we were away. -When asked if we could be supplied extra toilet paper and handsoap which were running out by day 3, we got the following response: "the apartment comes provided w/a basic supply of soaps and linens, anything else you need extra you can buy at the supermarket". (in their defense they did drop off a packet of toilet paper, and single use shampoo? but not handsoap)-BATH: no curtain. Very difficult to wash w/o misting the floor, the walls, the cabinet in water. Slip hazard. Toilet button needs several pushes to flush (technically there was a sign in the other bathroom warning of this)-OLD: majority outlets in 2 of 3 bedrooms don't work and are loose in living room. 1 window didn't fully close. No salt or papertowels. Metal window panels only worked in 1 room. Some dead switches.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Rom-Besuch

Die überaus großzügige Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Besonders beeindruckend ist der direkte Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster auf die Kuppel des Petersdoms, der fußläufig in einer guten Viertelstunde zu erreichen ist. Professionelle Abwicklung und besonders freundliche Gastgeber sind ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben!

Great quiet neighborhood

Fantastic location. Great view of St Peter's dome. Easy to walk anywhere in Rome but quiet neighborhood outside crowded areas. Would stay again.

Anytime again!

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend für uns als Familie geeignet. Dadurch, dass schlaf- und Wohnbereich voneinander getrennt sind, konnte jeder unabhängig voneinander schlafen gehen. Das Apartment ist groß und sehr sauber! In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden mit einem sehr guten Gasherd und Elektroofen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage in der Nähe der vatikanischen Museen mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Essen Gehen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke rundet das Gesamtbild wunderbar ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

A pleasant stay

We felt at once at home in this spacious apartment with its simple and stylish decor. Looking out of the window in the morning, we could see the dome of St Peter’s. The apartment is situated in a nice part of Rome, close to the Vatican, and has a small, very well stocked supermarket, an ice cream parlour and other eateries round the corner. The beds were comfortable with lovely bed linen. It provided us with a very pleasant stay.
