À quelques pas des eaux scintillantes de la Côte d'Emeraude, cette location de vacances en front de mer est située dans le soleil de Destin, en Floride. Nouvellement tapissé et fraîchement peint tout au long, cette unité fournit des meubles mis à jour qui incluent toute nouvelle literie, bain et appareils d'éclairage, arrangements floraux, travaux d'art, et allocation des places de pièce. L'unité 408 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et comprend un lit king-size dans la suite principale, des lits jumeaux dans la chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon, une télévision 42 '. Disponible dans la suite principale est une nouvelle télévision HD LCD 19 "ainsi que d'une TV HD LCD 22" à écran plat dans la chambre. La mise en place de la plage est incluse.

Our unit was comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, but the floors could have been cleaner. Overall we had a good stay.

However this year the MBR mattress was terrible. It was so worn out that we could feel the springs and would wake up several times during the night sore. If you're charging platinum rates, then you should have a decent mattress.

Awesome view and incredible stay!

Was thoroughly impressed as this was exactly as described and the way it appeared in the pictures. Exceeded expectations! On site personnel were very cordial and accommodating. Reviewer Comments: I was a bit afraid to rent here because the condos aren't directly on the beach and because of the reviews of the long walk to the beach... But the walk was nothing! This condo has a great view, great location, was super clean, and they even had some games there we could play. Everything was as described. Our only complaint was with the building itself and not this particular condo - the elevator was not working the entire week we were there and this caused LOTS of waiting around to get up and down.

Satisfied first timer

First time in Destin. Found this property and tried it. Checked in at 4 pm on Sunday. Only waited a few minutes. Staff was courteous. House was clean. Linen could be a little cleaner but I over looked it. House doesn’t have any cooking oil so bring your own stuff to cook. Decent amount of pots and pans and utensils. Property pool is small but clean, never too crowded. The beach access was easy, about a 2-4 minute walk - with a toddler. Beach was clean. We did not use the umbrella and chair service because we were in the water most of our beach time. Very close to Target and WinDixy (sp). Close to restaurant and excursions so didn’t have to drive far. We tried snorkeling and liked it very much. Overall, great stay. Condo was clean and good amenities. Laundry on second floor and cost $2.25 to wash and dry. Bring extra trash bag, paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, sponge to clean dishes.
