Bienvenue au paradis!

Holiday Surf # 318 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec des lits King size dans les chambres principale et invités, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il est idéalement situé au 3ème étage à côté du centre de remise en forme.

Ce condo a planchers de tuiles et un thème de décor côtier. Les deux salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées avec la salle de bain principale avec douche carrelée. Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 41 "dans le salon ainsi que des télévisions à écran plat de 32" dans les deux chambres, avec 2 lecteurs DVD Blue Ray
Cet appareil est également l’un des rares à proposer une laveuse et une sécheuse intégrées pour votre commodité.

Great location and the beach is beautiful. However, not your typical condo so be sure to pack plenty of extra essentials because you’ll need them.

Regarding this not being a typical condo, we are not sure what you are referring to when it comes to extra essentials. You are provided with information via email on everything we provide before you arrive. We stock the kitchen entirely with everything you may need for a 4-night stay. Each unit has a tv in every bedroom and the living room, all equipped with a DVD player for the DVDs we provide for free. Along with an abundance of everything you would typically need during your stay. If there was something you were missing in the unit, please just let our front desk staff know and we do our best to provide that for you. Thank you again for staying with us.

Wonderful Beach Vacay

There was a broken chair on the balcony, we reported it but maintenance did not remove it. The unit does not have smart TVs so take your firestick or Roku if you plan to watch any apps. Also, DVD players are missing remotes so "renting" movies in the lobby is not an option on rainy days. Over all, very happy will book again.

Great Stay.

This was our first trip to Destin and first time using VRBO. The process with the rental was easy and the communication was excellent. The rental was clean and had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. Location was perfect, it didn’t take long to get to anywhere you needed to go within Destin. Would recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Wished I could have stayed!

Loved that there were designated smoking areas and I didn’t have to smell smoke even on the beach. Julian, the young man with umbrellas, was so good and kind. He did a fantastic job along with all other employees. We will definitely try to come there again and we rarely stay at the same place twice. It was my first trip to Destin. We will be back.

Perfect vacation for adults and kids.

No real complaints. Great location. Sand bar to the right so perfect to play with kids and the other side was great for adults Renting extra umbrella and chairs could have been explained even though not part of condo unit. Just go down early around 6:30-7:00 and put your towel over the top. You can pay at any time. Julian, not part of hotel, will take care of you at beach. Our room, 318 needed a large skillet but we made due still fixing homemade breakfast gravy in small one. Yes we made homemade biscuits too. Ocean front room is really just a window but still great view from balcony. All the hotel staff was great. We didn’t use the racquet court or pool but many people did seem to enjoy both. Also learned on last day you could get bags of ice at hotel. Not part of hotel but the great weather did make it a great trip to celebrate 35 years of marriage.

Our stay was perfect. Right on the beach made it real easy with our little ones. Definitely give this place 2 thumbs up!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, very clean and organized. The only thing for our particular condo, is that we did not have any pans or skillets for cooking. Just a couple of sauce pots. Made cooking a little difficult. Location , view, and beach was awesome. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
