Islander Condo # 304 est une unité East View Silver qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

La cuisine a été récemment rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et est entièrement équipée avec tous les outils pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. Rassemblez-vous autour de la nouvelle table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon pour regarder la télévision 32 pouces avec lecteur DVD et accès par câble numérique. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale possède un nouveau lit king size, des volets de plantation et une télévision de 22 pouces avec lecteur DVD. La salle de bain a un combo baignoire / douche. La chambre d'amis à thème nautique dispose de 2 lits jumeaux avec une chaise d'appoint et d'une télévision de 22 pouces avec un lecteur DVD. La salle de bain d'invité a un combo baignoire / douche.

Aventurez-vous sur le balcon privé et admirez les bateaux qui entrent et sortent du port par le col est ou l'un des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle qu'une soirée peut offrir.

Nice pool/ hottub and even enjoyed the pickle ball courts. Staff was super friendly. Was under construction for painting the building but workers were super accomodating.

Long weekend vacation

The condo was very nice. Super close to the water and the pool was great. The only issue with the condo that we thought of would be that the bedrooms could ceiling fans. They got a little stuffy. The building only has 1 elevator but we were able to carry a lot after our first big load. I would recommend this unit.

Condo review

The condo was clean and in a great area , close to the beach. Would have been nice if a few more things would have been provided in the condo such as: dishsoap, salt/pepper, trash bags, toilet paper, coffee filters. These are items that I haven't had to purchase in the past with any other vrbo rental and were always provided. It's not something that people usually think of having to supply.

Needs to be cleaned

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location, but it is not in very good shape. It smells like mildew. The rugs are old and dirty. After spilling water on the kitchen floor, I wiped it up with paper towels and they turned dark brown. The freezer drips water into the refrigerator. The ice maker barely works. The cabinets squeak, the plugs are all behind furniture and there is nowhere to charge devices. The mattresses were not good and sheets were rough. The curtains on the sliding door were too small. The picture showed bunk beds and a queen in the 2nd bedroom. It has a twin and double. I was not happy with this condo.

We will make sure to reach out to the Owner's and give some recommendations for our future guest bookings. We did make sure to give these work orders over to maintenance. I do not show on the website that this unit has ever had bunk beds in it but we do apologize about the confusion. However, we are glad that you enjoyed the location of the unit being that it's very convenient for most guests to get to the beach and pools. We hope you will come back and see us soon !

Fall Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in good shape. The grounds were about like most other locations. In the two weeks we were there the parking lot and general grounds were not picked up more than once or twice. Beer cans, cups, small trash would be in the parking area and 1st floor flower beds for 5-6 days. I picked up trash because I got tired of seeing it. The soap in the men's pool bathroom was empty for the first week. One person could walk the grounds twice daily and pick up trash or things that are out of place in less than 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay but the property could be maintained much better. Not having a washer or dryer in the units is a big negative. For that reason alone, we will probably not stay there again for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, you can't fix that inconvenience.

Unit 304 was cute. Cabinets and bathrooms could be updated. There needs to be a keurig . We had to drive daily to get coffee. Old style coffee pots are outdated. We used the stairs often and sometimes the smell of the garbage was awful. The front desk ladies need to be more friendly. I was missing sheets etc. for the pull out couch and had to borrow them from my sister in unit 305 . Towel service should be 3x a week .
