Ce condo de vacances à front de mer se trouve à Destin, en Floride, le long de la côte d'émeraude. La location de condo # 702 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un roi dans la chambre des maîtres, 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'invités et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Tapis dans toute l'unité. La plage de Destin est à quelques pas d'une belle vue depuis votre balcon privé. Toutes les unités sont non-fumeurs.

Wonderful location

Unit #702 Fantastic!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit #702 was clean, cozy, and colorful. Everything we needed was provided. The view of the beach was SPECTACULAR! Every morning and every evening we enjoyed our meals outside on the patio relaxing and enjoying the view. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely plan to stay at The Islander for future summer vacations.

Great Place

We have been staying at The Islander for the past 10 year and really love everything about it. This was the first time staying in this unit and everything was like it should be. The view we had from the unit was great!!! We had everything we needed to cook up a meal and the location is great.

Could be Better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed by the size of the beach. There were a lot of people crowded into one area. Also, there isn't a rule about fishing, so 2 of the days there was no place to swim in front of our beach due to a few men who had fishing poles set up until 3pm. Setting morning fishing hours would solve this. Also, on the listing it wasn't obvious that our unit didn't have a washer and dryer. No fun spending your vacation time in the shared laundry room. The review for unit 702 stated the beds were horrible back in 2021. We figured that would have been dealt with, but the bed in the master suite was terrible. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts. The staff was amazing! They were always helpful and easy going. Towel service was a nice amenity too. The location is very nice.

Had a great view of the beach and gulf waters. This the 4th time we have stayed in this unit and will probably do so on our next visit. It is starting to show its age though. The carpet could use a good cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually stay in my aunts condo down the road but we were not able to this and I was nervous about trying something new. We had no complaints after staying here and if we ever need to stay somewhere other than my aunts we will definitely consider the islander first. Next time we will try to stay closer to elevator so the walk is a little shorter. Enjoyed the ocean view at all times of day.

Also the valance over the sliding glass window just came out of the wall while I was sitting in chair underneath it . When I told front desk they never even asked if I was ok.. I did have a headache my last two days after it hit me on head.

The Islander Unit #702

Our stay in Destin was awesome as always. The room was great and the view wonderful. The only drawback was the master bed was pretty worn and uncomfortable. My back hurt the entire stay from sleeping on it. And, the air conditioning had to be turned higher than we liked it because the carpet had a musky smell. It really needs a good shampoo or change out for tile flooring. Other than those 2 things we loved it! The people were so friendly. I loved staying at the Islander facing the gulf, watching the boats and activity in the ocean. We also had umbrellas while sitting on beach, which was a plus! C. Freeman

Great location to stay at with planned activities provided by Islander weekly, keeping the guests entertained. Clean and neatly kept up place. My room unit 702 was also clean and stocked up. All was great but I do have a small complaint. I've stayed at this unit 2 times and the bed closest to the balcony is still damaged. The bed has a dip in the mid section causing who ever sleeps on it to roll to the middle of it. I've reported the issue previously and it's a shame to see that it hasn't been fixed. If it can be fixed great, if it can't it doesn't bother me. I'll just ask for another room on my other vacations and will stay away feom that unit and so on. Hopefully the rest of the rooms on that wing will be on tip top shape. I plan to go back again..
