. The 200-square-meter private garden is very inviting; it features

• a double hammock under a pergola—perfect for a nap
• a pergola with a table—great for al fresco dining
• a barbecue (wood-fired and gas)
• wood-fired oven for an evening pizza
In addition to the garden, guests can enjoy a spacious and private parking area of about 150 square meters connected directly to the apartment via a staircase of about twenty meters. The entire area is fenced in, so any pets can roam freely.
To access the apartment, you must drive up a steep, concrete-paved private road that is about 100 meters long.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a manual with the rules
Additional cost (winter only): 4 euros per cubic meter of LPG (for heating and hot water). On average, this amounts to 10 euros per day
The village of Crova, where the apartment is located, sits at an elevation of about 250 meters above sea level and is primarily covered with olive groves and vineyards. To reach the apartment, you’ll need to drive up a fairly steep, paved road for about 100 meters, but it’s easy to navigate 🚗
The neighborhood is crossed by an ancient pedestrian path connected to the network of hillside trails that leads to the town of Moneglia below in about 30 minutes. Getting around the area---> A bus stop is located about 200 meters from the apartment near the village of Crova; buses run back and forth to Moneglia several times a day. It’s very easy to plan a morning trip down and an evening trip back up without having to move your car.
