Newly remodeled spacious luxury unit with a view of San Francisco Bay.

The second bedroom has a full size bed, there is a retractable wall between it and the living room. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed.

Each room has spacious closets. There are whirlpool tubs in the bathrooms, a flat screen TV with CD - DVD player in the living room,a wonderful sunny breakfast nook with view of the Bay. The kitchen is supplied with cooking tools, cutlery, and dishes to feed up to eight people.

High open beam ceilings, sunny deck. Wireless internet. Great for entertaining, visiting family. Lots of room. Quiet location, lots of parking, large laundry room with a private patio.

There is cable TV, internet, and phone in a formal living room with a very comfortable couch. Each room gets nice sun as there are at least two windows in each room.

Great and relaxing stay

My mom, husband, toddler and I just stayed at this home while visiting family. There was plenty of space for all of us and a quiet room for my little one to sleep. As long as you enjoy being up in the hills, you will not be disappointed. The views are spectacular and the house was very comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing view, spacious condo, challenging location

Loved the architecture and overall layout of the condo. It was a great space for our family to be together. The amount of light is abundant (and revealing) and the view is "luxury" level -amazing. My only critique was that the "luxury" level did not extend to the furniture and curtains which are a bit worse for wear. The bright sunlight revealed that the windows and all of the surfaces in the living area and kitchen would benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. The Berkeley Hills are beautiful but the drive up and down to this condo is via a very narrow, hairpin-turn-filled, hilly, bumpy lane with a surprising amount of traffic on it making it difficult to navigate by car...which we did several times each day as we were out and about in the East Bay. We didn't attempt to make the trek by foot down to campus (would need to walk back up!) though hardier souls would find it a lovely adventure. My safety conscious spouse was concerned that there was no fire extinguisher under the sink as the condo information sheet stated. I appreciated the owner's phone call on our first day to check to make sure we had arrived and that everything was ok. I appreciated the complete and thorough instructions on accessing the keys to the unit - all very clear and easy. Our weekend stay was great!

Great place but...

We had stayed here five years ago and loved it. The condo is great, spacious, beautiful views, quiet, up in the hills. This time, however, we were greeted by the unpleasant news that Panoramic Way was closed from 9-12 and again from 1-4 during the week, thereby limiting access. This required some back and forth with both VRBO and the owner since we had not been made aware of this fact prior to arriving. We were able to resolve it and ended up staying but had to make rearrangements for our plans. Better communication prior to arriving would have alleviated this issue. I believe the construction is due to continue for some time so if you are planning a visit definitely get this information prior to booking as it is not included in the description of the condo. Other than that our stay was very good.

The perfect location - Great view - Easy access to trails and downtown Berkeley

This house was perfect for our stay in Berkeley. We thoroughly enjoyed the walkability to both nature trails and downtown Berkeley. If I ever come to the Bay Area again, I will try to stay here.

Great Berkeley retreat

The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and only a few minutes from downtown Berkeley. It's a drive rather than a walk, given the steep road, but not a long drive. The view from the apt is terrific and walks through the hills are great.

Perfect!

We had a great time and Alex's home was just right for us. The view is amazing and the kitchen was well stocked. Alex was quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to returning in the future!

Overall very good. Large unit, great location, beautiful views

3 adults shared this Berkeley Hills unit, very near the Berkeley campus. Some minor issues when we first moved in (5 weeks) were promply addressed. There could have been a bit more attention to the the unit's cleanliness - just so so when we first arrived. For those among us who are fit, it is technically a "walk to town" (or at least to the University) but it will evolve walking up a narrow, winding road which leads to the apt. and or adjacent steps. Either way it's not a stroll

Lovely home, clean , comfortable and great views!

Lovely home with a great view up in the Berkeley Hills. The house was very comfortable and clean. All the amenities and plenty of linens and extra towels. The road up to the house is narrow and curvey! If you enjoy walks up into the neighborhood there are several challenging hills with amazing views and plenty of deer enjoying the plums off the local trees. We were in Berkeley for our sons wedding. Two of our other children were with us so the house comfortably accommodated the four of us is the 3 bedrooms. This was our first Homeaway stay and we were very pleased.

Wonderful condo with awesome view!

All I can say is wow. We had a perfect trip and to have a perfect place to stay made it even better. The view of the bay from our deck was wonderful! With 3 bedrooms and a large couch, we had plenty of room for our 5 guests. The owners were extremely easy to get in touch with and the check in and check out process was very easy. With so much natural lighting and breezes, we truly got a real for the lovely weather of California. Would 100% recommend and we will be coming back! Thanks!

Great for family retreat

This was our first experience staying at a VRBO property. Based on this experience, this will be our mode of accommodations when traveling with the family. The property is supplied with all the needs of home. It has amazing views and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner in our "home away from home". Since we had such an awesome experience, we are hoping this will be the beginning of a new family tradition! Owners Alex and Jennifer were prompt to respond to our inquiries from booking to check in. Alex was quick to address a minor maintenance item - even on Thanksgiving Day! They also graciously provided a pack and play set to accommodate our 18 month old grandson which helped us immensely. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants the comfort of home!

Great Stay

The property is very nice and overlooks the Bay. The pictures provided are appropriate and not misleading. Parking is plentiful for 1-2 cars. The property is located in the Berkeley hills and the road to the home is narrow and a bit windey. Despite this, access is not difficult and location is ideal for a nice walk/hike. The location is very near to UC Berkeley resulting in lots of pedestrian activity. Our entire stay was great and enjoyable. Of note, the WiFi is rather slow and there is a low water pressure in the showers.

Great Views Guaranteed

What a great little spot. Every morning we woke up and took a beautiful walk/hike up the hill. Having 2.5 bathrooms was so convenient for our group, no one ever had to wait. The road to get up to the condo is steep and a bit windy, but it's absolutely worth it for the view. The views from the home were fantastic and the house was incredibly comfortable. The master bedroom is a little bit tucked away from the living room and kitchen, which was really nice if anyone needed a little quiet time. We had considered other VRBO spots in the area, but I'm so glad we went with this one. In addition, Jennifer was super kind to work with and always incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay in the Berkeley area.

Comfortable with Great View

We rented the condo while we were in town for a football game. Perfect distance from the stadium! The condo was well decorated and very comfortable. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom, in addition to a powder room off the living room...a plus! Kitchen was well equipped. The views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom were fantastic. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent accommodation

I highly recommend this condo. The road up is steep but the views are stunning and the standard of accommodation excellent. The 2.5 bathrooms were perfect for our group of six. And the open kitchen/living room gave us a wonderful place to congregate. I knew it would be nice from the photos, but it was bigger, brighter and better than I expected (great shower!!) I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place for families

Thank you for a great place to stay during our short trip to Berkeley for a wedding. Our family with two kids had plenty of space and there were many small touches that made the stay easier with kids - like the pack n play and extra towels. The view was lovely and access to everything was close enough. Hope we can return again one day.

Great stay - thank you.

We rented the property during our daughter's wedding celebrations. It was a beautiful location and the views were even better than the photos. Our host was gracious and very accommodating. Would definitely like to come back. Had minor issues with the internet which got resolved very fast. The bathrooms are the best part of this rental, spacious, new and adequate for all the family. Just a note that since we arrived after dark it difficult to see the stairs and find the key. Could do with better lighting at the entrance. Loved everything about it and have sweet memories with our family there. Thank you.

Gorgeous view, beautiful place to stay

We could not have been happier with the accommodations. The condo is much lovelier in reality than the pictures shown. Spotlessly clean, with wonderful linens and everything our family needed. The large deck with its spectacular view of the bay was breathtaking day and night. There were five adults in my party and we were all very comfortable. I love that there are two and a half bathrooms also. That was helpful as we all got ready for my son's wedding..

Views of San Francisco

This is a perfect location for walking to the Berkeley campus, and a perfect location for hiking in the Berkeley hills. We saw wild turkeys from the deck! We used this place to visit our daughter at school, but we've also used it when we just want to go to San Francisco. The views of SF in the morning sun from the kitchen are just beautiful.

Great Location, up a winding path, very much old world charm!

It was a great place to stay. We were they for three nights back in April with our three kids. Having all that room was great. It is a steal cost wise in comparison to a hotel. Thanks for the great accommodations!

We had a family wedding i...

We had a family wedding in Berkley, and found this property to rent. It was perfect for us. The furnishings and supplies it came with were wonderful. We could not have asked for a better place thank you Osbornes. The view was spectacular!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is really nice...

This place is really nice! My family spent a week here and loved it. The view is amazing, and the place itself is beautiful - nicely furnished, very clean and well-equipped with thoughtful details. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 child. I would definitely rent this place again.
