Aloha et bienvenue dans notre condo de 3 chambres, votre maison loin de chez vous! Ma famille et moi vivons à Maui et nous sommes ravis d'accueillir vos vacances. Ne restez pas coincé avec une grande entreprise de location qui ne se soucie pas de votre groupe individuel. Nous sommes fiers de fournir des touches personnelles et de nous assurer que nous vérifions personnellement nos condos pour nous assurer que votre voyage est le meilleur possible.

Détendez-vous après une journée au soleil et regardez votre émission préférée sur le téléviseur 55 pouces. Beaucoup de sièges pour toute votre fête. L'unité a une immense véranda double largeur, avec des portes qui ouvrent vraiment votre intérieur vers l'extérieur. Il y a une salle à manger en plein air qui peut accueillir 6 pour manger en plein air. Split Unit A / C maintient l'ensemble du condo à une belle température! La salle à manger comprend une table avec des sièges pour 6 ainsi que 4 tabourets au comptoir. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour votre séjour. Prêt à cuisiner vos plats hawaïens préférés!
Le maître à l'étage a un lit king size. Il y a un immense dressing et une salle de bain attenante. Il y a une unité split A / C à l'étage pour le garder une température fraîche ainsi qu'un ventilateur de plafond pour la circulation. Tout nouveau téléviseur à l'étage également.
La chambre principale en bas a également un lit king size. Il y a aussi un climatiseur split dans cette pièce, ainsi qu'un ventilateur. 2 grands placards et une télévision.
La dernière chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a une télévision dans cette chambre ainsi qu'un grand placard.
Le condo comprend également des planches de bodyboard, des chaises de plage, un parapluie et une glacière. Serviettes de plage également fournies. Raquettes de tennis et balles de tennis fournies si vous souhaitez essayer les courts. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le complexe comprend une belle piscine et un bain à remous. Courts de tennis et jeu de palets également. Il y a un espace barbecue en plein air et un grand espace de rassemblement pour les grands groupes. KOA Resort n'épargne aucune dépense dans son aménagement paysager et vous vous sentirez vraiment comme si vous étiez au milieu d'un jardin tropical!

Maui never disappoints!

Spent ten days in this unit. It could definitely use some updates. But overall, it wasn’t bad. Light fixtures and switches were questionable. Perhaps labeling them would be helpful. Also lacked cookie sheet, tongs, and chip clips. A couple more food storage containers would have been nice. We bought one and left behind. The pool was the best around… the kids loved it! Property is beautiful. Communication with Andrea was great. Also beware…

A Great Week In Maui

The host kept in great contact with us, giving instructions and promptly answering the questions we had. The place was beautiful and clean. It came will many of the small items you need for a successful stay somewhere away from home, saving us time and money by not having to pick up those items at the store. My family had a great time staying at this place and we would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant stay

Condo was very clean- some things a little outdated but overall a very nice experience. Appreciated the communication from the host beforehand and during the stay. The condo was well stocked and ready for our group when we arrived. Would definitely visit again and appreciate the attention to detail.

Maui Kihei KOA Resort 1H

We had a fantastic holiday in Kihei thanks to our accommodation at KOA Resort. Angela, our host always responded in a timely manner to any of our questions before and during our stay. The apartment was very clean and organized with all the necessary supplies needed for cooking, sleeping and even extras to bring to the beach! There was a maintenance issue (squeaky dryer) that we reported to her and she had a maintenance person there the next day to fix it. The pool and BBQ's at the resort were clean and we never felt over crowded even though we were there during a holiday season. We loved the proximity to beach and food stores as well as easy access to the airport. Thank-you Angela for renting to our crew!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time and would easily come back again! The only wish I had, is that the kitchen would have oven friendly pans/trays. There was nothing we could use in the oven. I do think the pictures makes the place look newer/nicer/look better than it is, but we were definitely comfortable and overall happy with it!

Well stocked with toys and necessities for the pool and beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, along with the cooler. Snorkeling equipment rental is a great idea. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked for cooking.

The property was nice and clean, they were in the process of painting. The unit itself was great a few differences from the pictures, but still great! There were many light switches that did not turn anything on, lights in the entry and washer area would've been nice. Also, had a bit of mildew on the shower curtain in the downstairs shower. But, do not let those minor things deter you from renting this unit. If given the chance I would rent it again. There are plenty of towels and beach towels. Also, great communication between Angela, so if you need anything just email her, she is quick to respond.

Nice Stay

My husband and I, kids, and grand kids stayed at Angela's place during the last week of December2021/first week of January 2022. Let's start with the pros: Angela is very easy to work with and very accommodating. Check in was a breeze, we had the use of beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards etc, we were located on the north side of Kehei so it was easy to go north towards Kaanapali and south toward Maui's southern beaches. The grounds of the condo complex are lovely and the pool is nice. There's also a nice beach just across the street that week walked on every morning and watched the sunsets in the evening. The cons: This condo is somewhat smaller than presented in photos and a lot more "beat up" than presented. The walls, trim and baseboards in dire need of a coat of paint, the welcome mat is old and dirty, and a lot of small things were broken--outdoor lights, sliding doors, missing closet door handles, old and loose electrical outlets etc. We still enjoyed our stay and would probably even stay again, but it wasn't perfect.

Wonderful Condo!

Owner had great communication and replied very quickly. This unit was perfect for my family of 8. Checking in was very easy, and keyless. The beach is a right across the street, a short walk which was perfect. We would stay here again. Thank you Angela!

Communication was so easy with host. We stayed here for 3 nights during Christmas. They even provided us with a Christmas Palm Tree, which we loved. Property was well furnished, with lots of space for the 6 of us. Location is convenient to shopping and the beach is right across the street. Highly Recommended!!

Lovely condo

We had a lovely time staying in this condo. Great location for travel between different areas of Maui. Condo well equipped for days at beach and rental company provided snorkel gear for a low cost and easy accessibility. Angela was wonderful and very responsive to questions and needs. Would stay here again!

Great condo for family beach vacation

Great family space and well supplied for cooking and activities. Resort has nice pool, tennis, ping pong, and is across the street from the beach! We kept the kitchen tidy and had NO bugs. Condo owner/management provided excellent communication and support.

Boligen svarer sket ikke til billeder, standarden er meget dårlig og der var meget beskidt og fedtet, så vi startede medtag gøre rent. De to enkeltsenge var helt ubrugelige, da de var ved at falde sammen. Badeværelset i nederste etage var dårligt, og der kom næsten ikke vand ud af bruseren. Dag 2 da vi kom retur virkede dørlåsen ikke, så vi måtte ringe til udlejer. Vi fik efter en halv time koden til nøgleboksen så vi kunne komme ind. Det betød at alarmen gik i gang hver gang vi løste og låste op. Udlejer lovede at ordne låsen, men det skete ikke. Poolen var lukket de to sidste dage, så den nåede vi slet ikke at bruge. Hver morgen omkring kl. 7, gik der havefolk rundt og larmede og vækkede alle. Godt vi kun havde 5 overnatninger 😖

Roaches!

The condo property is very nice. The condo itself is lovely except for the ROACHES - and a lot of them. Kitchen inadequately supplied, not enough blankets, no place to put luggage except the floor, and construction next door. The apartment doesn't really accommodate 9 people unless you are going to put 2 little kids on the pull-out couch - max 7 with 6 adults in beds and one on couch. We were 7 adults and 1 very tall 13yo. There were not enough comfortable sleeping arrangements for all of us. This was a definite misrepresentation of the accommodations. The office personnel on the property was very hostile and rude, blaming me for what seems the house cleaner neglected to leave for us. I contacted the property manager about the issues I had and the next day she brought new kitchenware and a blanket but NO ROACH SPRAY. She was not concerned about the roaches saying they probably should have bombed the condo before our arrival. She admitted she knew about the infestation and for the amount of money I paid, I would expect that every effort be made to make our vacation comfortable. She did offer to fix the ripped porch screen and broken closet door while we were there but I declined since those things did not impair our vacation - like the roaches and inadequate sleeping space. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND because of the undisclosed roach infestation and the misrepresentation of the sleeping accommodations.

Enjoyable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The owner responded to our questions promptly, the price was right, it was clean, and the grounds were beautiful. The beach right across the street from the condo isn't really good for swimming - lots of lava rocks just below the surface -but it is good for walking, playing in the sun, sunbathing, and sunsets, and there are other beaches nearby. Pretty much everything you need is supplied at the condo including a high chair, pack n play, and lots of water toys for the kids which was great! We had a large group, and the only thing we found ourselves needing more of were kitchen towels. We enjoyed having access to the tennis courts, ping pong tables, grills, beautiful pool, and using the boogie boards and swim noodles. There is also a nice, large grassy area near the pool that is perfect for playing frisbee if you bring one with you. The room with the twin beds does get a bit stuffy, but by keeping the fan on and the door open, it wasn't too bad. Our family had a great time and would stay again.

Hi Angela. We enjoyed your home. Thank you for sharing. Overall the property location was great. We enjoyed just taking an Uber to the triangle for a few dollars. Also close to the grocery store and so great for the beach park and beach. I would recommend a few additional basics. Things like toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap should be available. These are things that require to be purchased in a fairly large quantity and I would expect them as part of the weekly rental The pool was great and the property was quite. I would stay again! Great unit just as described!

It accommodated 8 nicely, with two children, 6 and 8. Kitchen had lots of dishes and glasses and was well stocked for cooking. If you like a mug for coffee, bring one just little cups. Pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all! Close to great beaches. Good location on the island. Would go back.

A very comfortable condo, with easy access to the beach.

We were 6 adults staying over Christmas here, and we all thought it was terrific. The beds were all very comfortable (we pushed the two twin beds together to make another king). The kitchen is very well stocked in the way of dishes, glasses, and coffee mugs. There were a few wine glasses, but we purchased 8 stemless glasses for our use, and left them behind when we left. We ate in about half the time, and there were generally enough pots and pans etc for everything we needed. Earlier reviews mentioned the policy of leaving no food - when we arrived there was a little bit left in the way of staples by previous guests - salt, pepper, one or two spices, vinegar under the sink, sugar, soy sauce, etc. We left a little bit as well, but threw out a lot of non-staple stuff. Somebody mentioned that they had donated their leftover food to the food cupboard, which I think is a great idea, and wish I had thought of it. Perhaps a suggestion along those lines could be left for future guests. The condo was generally clean when we arrived, with just a few minor spots that hadn't been dusted. Some of the pots and pans needed a bit of a scrub, but other than that we had no concerns. We made great use of the beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. There is a large cooler on wheels that can be taken to the beach as well. All of these extras were great to have. There is even a set of water wings, and a small flotation device for a baby in the cupboard, perhaps left by a previous guest. The pool and shuffleboard were also great to have, and the tennis courts seemed to be well used, although they have the stipulation that you cannot wear black soled shoes on them, so we couldn't use them. The beach is less than a five minute walk away, and very nice, and not very crowded. The sand does have quite a few stones in it, so water shoes are a good thing to pack with you, or purchase when you arrive (we got ours from Target near the airport, for about $15 each). We had a ton of recycle materials -- cans, bottles, plastics, etc , and made two trips to the recycle depot, which is only a couple of miles away. There's not really any place to store recycle stuff, so it ended up under the stairs. If you're looking for a great breakfast/lunch place, with a local feel, try Kihei Caffe, probably about 2-3 miles south of the condo, on S. Kihei Rd. It was our favorite spot. All in all we had a lovely stay at 811 South Kihei Road, and highly recommend it. Thank you!

Great place

We were a large group of 7 adults and 2 kids age 2 and 4. The condo was a little bigger than expected and accommodated our group nicely. The beach supplies provided were really nice and more than expected which helped with a large group. The grounds of the property are beautiful and the pool was a nice addition. The condo itself is far from the parking area but for a week it was not a deal breaker. Beach within walking distance and a gate out of the property is close to the condo making it very easy access. Easy communication with owner/manager and easy access to unit. We cooked in a lot. The only thing supplied was salt and pepper. Would be nice if people would be allowed to leave extra oil and seasonings to have on hand. Plenty of dishes, glasses and pots and pans supplied for large group was helpful. All in all a great stay and would recommend and stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable

Central location. Our party of 8 stayed comfortably. Clean, comfortable and a great value. Unlike past rentals we have experienced, this Condo has a “leave nothing behind” policy so plan on bringing or purchasing basic necessities. We would definitely stay again! The on-site property manager took our remaining food to deliver to the homeless shelter. :)

Very comfortable, plenty of room for a family.

The place was overall very clean and the beds were comfortable. The complex is quiet and people are friendly. Pool was very nice and not crowded. Tennis and shuffleboard were an added bonus and also not crowded. No a/c in room with twin beds made for a hot and stuffy room. The kitchen lacks a few items but was sufficient. Good location and close to shops/restaurants. We didn't know about the stinging jellies in the south beaches but discovered them towards the end of our visit. No signs were posted but we talked to locals. Though not super common, it is a real thing to be aware of. We would definitely stay here again, owners are super responsive and easy to work with.
