Villa Lidia is a detached house located next to the Playa Blanca promenade and near the Pechiguera Lighthouse.

The best thing about this one-story house is its spectacular seaviews, which can be enjoyed from all rooms, from the living room and also from the glass-domed living room.

On the left side of the house are the three bedrooms and the bathrooms. The first two bedrooms that we find have twin beds. The third bedroom, which is the main one, is at the end of the corridor and has a large en-suite bathroom with a spectacular bathtub; this room has direct access to the pool.

On the right side of the house, across a small living room with a glass dome and large windows overlooking the sea and the private pool, is the living-dining room equipped with satellite TV (it has international channels), DVD player and radio. Also on that side is the fully equipped kitchen that has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery. From the kitchen you can access the utility room, which is equipped with a washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing board.

Outside we can enjoy a large furnished terrace, private pool, sun loungers, BBQ, table tennis, pool table, outdoor shower and a well-kept garden. There is also a covered area with table and chairs to enjoy the meal outdoors looking at the sea.

Sitting out here to gaze out at the sea is an experience worth enjoying. We are sure that Villa Lidia is the ideal house to spend a vacation with family, as a couple or with friends.
