This lovely two bedroom sea view Villa sits elevated in its private garden with lovely sea views as well as Mt Aenos in the distance. The compact layout of the Villa is ideal for couples with a large covered balcony that overlooks the huge garden and massive pool at the far end. Tall mature trees & shrubs surround the lawns, so uninterrupted privacy is assured. Villa Neptune is well equipped and furnished with a comfortable sofa in the living area and a well organised kitchen, perfect for those evenings in which you can watch the evening sky as well as the lights twinkling in the distance from the villages dotted along the coast of Kefalonia.

Location, Spartia
One of an exclusive group of Villas each set privately in its own gardens, occupying the Liakias peninsular and a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.
Spartia's maze-like narrow roads all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas. For more choice, the lovely town of Argostoli is just a 20min drive away.

Sun Terrace - Furnished with sun loungers and pergola, sea view.
Sea View Dining Terrace - Covered dining area with table and chairs and wicker sofa and chairs. Sea and pool views.

Garden - Lawns bordered by shrubs.

Inside Villa - (steps up to the entrance door) one level accommodation, once inside.

Sitting Area – L -shaped comfy sofa, plasma TV with satellite (limited channels/news only), DVD player and French doors to the covered dining terrace, with pool and sea view. Air Con Unit.
Dining Area - Wooden table and seating for 4.
Kitchen Area - Wooden fitted cupboards, double sink, electric oven with hobs, microwave, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), dishwasher and fridge freezer. Window above the sink to the garden. Door to the covered dining terrace with pool and sea views.

Double bedroom – 1 double bed, bedside tables and lamps. Air con unit.
Shower room - Shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Twin bedroom with large en-suite shower room - Two single beds, window to sea view. Tiled en suite shower room with walk-in shower cubicle, full bath, hand basin, WC, washing machine. Air con unit.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.

Parking - There is covered parking at the entrance.
