Lovely location with stunning views of the bay and the sunsets. Tavernas were excellent. shielded by the trees, it was so pleasant to swim and sit outside, hardly went inside all week, even when eating we used the terrace and balcony.

Great property. Good location with spectacular views. Short drive to several beaches and 500m - 1km walk to several restaurants. Great if you have a car to get around the island. Our family had a wonderful stay. The host was extremely helpful.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Villa was perfect, we hired a car at airport-also no issues. The facilities are excellent including good air con. Bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of storage space. Also to mention that the agents gave us a lot of information and were there for everything that we needed. Great holiday!

Fantastic family time. The villa was perfect and very safe for young children. I would recommend bringing a travel stair gate as we did. The owner is very nice and friendly and takes great pride in her villa, very clean and well equipped. When we arrived we had bottled water, juice, tea and coffee left for us which was really nice. We will be returning next year as we have loved everything about our holiday.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...I think that the pictures accurately reflect the property. There is also a beautiful beach(Trapezaki Beach) within a 2-minutes drive where we enjoyed an early morning stroll. We found the people of Trapezaki very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

The villa was perfect for our holiday. Close enough to local small supermarket and 3 nice restaurants to be able to walk. Standard of cleanliness was very good and partway through we had maid service who changed bed sheets and towels which we were not expecting for only a week lond stay. The only negative thing I have to say is that we found the owner suddenly appearing from time to time a little disconcerting and not something we have ever experienced before when renting a villa.
