Villa Babadag 5 Star Luxury Tropical Villa Wi-Fi BBQ Children-Pool

Villa Babadağ was designed by me and a famous architect in 2020. The villa leaves nothing to be desired. A tropical garden, five whirlpools, a swimming pool with a waterfall, a jacuzzi with a children's pool, a large driveway, and large rooms meet our guests' every need. We have created a garden on the balcony and a hot tub with sea and city views. Every minute you spend in the villa is an absolute pleasure.
Pool:
The pool is 12m long and 6m wide 1,50 m deep
The pool is cleaned and checked every day

Furnishing:
Each guest gets a towel, a shower towel and a pooltowel The towels may only be used in the villa In each room there is a hairdryer ,handsoap and toilet paper In the kitchen there are all the utensils you need in everyday life plates, pans, pots, coffee maker, cutlery, sugar, salt, water, spices, glasses, cups, tea towels, dish soap, garbage bags, toaster juicers and much more
The villa is equipped with a washing machine, iron, dishwasher. Detergents are provided

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 am. In some cases, if there is no booking for the next day, we can make exceptions after consultation. Otherwise the times must be observed.Each guest is personally welcomed by me in the villa and I am also there when checking out.

Damage Deposit:
The Guest must bring a damage deposit of £300 in cash.
After check-out, this will be paid out in cash again if everything is in order.
We want to protect ourselves against major damage. Broken glasses and plates do not apply.

self catering villa:
This villa is a self catering accommodation and not a hotel. All the utensils that we have provided you with, as well as water, toilet paper, coffee, etc., must be bought again yourself

Airport/Transfer
We offer a transfer service. The advantage is that all drivers know our location and there is a smooth transfer. every guest is free to come to the villa themselves but if you want a transfer you can ask me.

Beautiful Villa

The property is stunning and matched the photos. Yasin and his lovely wife were great hosts. The villa is an easy 25 minute walk into Hisaronu down the hill and a £2.50 taxi ride home. Taxis are very easy to come by and there is a taxi button right outside the villa. We went a a trip on Yasin’s yacht around the islands of fethiye which was great fun and very reasonably priced. We went with our boys aged 23, 21 and 16. The villa offered them their own private spaces and they enjoyed the pool table, darts board etc. I would highly recommend the villa for a relaxing holiday with family or friends!

Tropical Luxury

I would like to say that this rental was as described. But…..It was better! The photos do not do it justice, at all. The outdoor space is a particular wow. The living space is huge and there is plenty of personal space, so whether it’s a group of friends or a multi-generational family for a break, it will work for you. The villa was clean and well equipend and we did not feel that there was anything missing at all. Yasin was great and charming, he personally met us on the day of arrival and showed us around the villa and communication with him before and during the stay was prompt and always with a smile. Taxis to get back up to the villa are plentiful and cheap, there is a taxi button outside the villa, so you never have to wait long if you need one. I would not hesitate to go back and will consider Yasin as a host, in this, or another of his Villas in the future.

Very disappointing

Villa not ready for us, I had to clean kitchen cupboards and worktops, empty ashtrays etc Very badly cracked patio door in 2nd floor bedroom and it was not safety glass, owner very dismissive of this and said it was ok, he left two rolls of ducting tape on the front door the next morning which my husband had to use as a temporary measure. Still not fixed on our departure date 7 days later Could not sit on bedroom balcony furniture as it was covered in cat hair, clothes were covered before we realised Childrens pool could not be used as it was dirty and overgrown greenery around it, so a lot of floating dead insects and foliage Broken cupboard doors around bbq area, nails exposed and doors only closed with the use of a tissue placed strategically on top whilst closing it Door broken on electric box, exposing live wires All windows were filthy Unable to use sauna as door was locked and it was being used as a linen cupboard Hot tub not used as didn’t look clean, hot tubs are meant to be cleaned and ph levels taken daily, this did not happen. A broken bed Grass and all shrubbery very overgrown We were not shown how anything in the villa worked, it was all very rushed and there was no guest manual. When we contacted him re the window, an hour after we arrived, he was very dismissive and said the window was ok, we told him the window was not ok and we needed to see him. When he arrived back at the villa, he was very arrogant and defensive,

Villa babadag does not disappoint, everything about this villa is 5 star , the location is a bit challenging up a steep hill but a 10 mins walk downhill to nearest shop / bar and restaurants and cheap taxi ride back is easily done . The villa is well equipped and the host Yasin meet us on arrival and expained everything we needed to know about the Villa and its facilities.. Six adults had a very relaxing and chilled time at villa badadag and hope to return in the near future...

Superb luxurious Villa.

A superb modern spacious Villa, exactly as shown in the photos. Everything you could ever want is provided. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Large outside area’s with plenty of space. Lovely pool and outdoor jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing in. Each room has its own balcony should you want to take some time out. Yasin is very accommodating and answered all queries very quickly. We had a fantastic time staying in this luxury Villa, very highly recommended. Already looking at booking one of Yasin’s larger villas for next year, as there will be 11 of us, and looking forward to some more of the same luxurious living.
