Cette villa a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer d'excellentes vacances dans un hĂ©bergement de qualitĂ© supĂ©rieure. La propriĂ©tĂ© est accessible par des portes Ă©lectriques menant Ă  un grand parking pouvant accueillir 2-3 voitures. RĂ©parti sur 2 niveaux, le logement se compose d'une entrĂ©e par une porte d'entrĂ©e donnant sur un grand hall, Ă  partir duquel se trouvent deux chambres doubles, une salle de bains privative et une salle de bains familiale. Également depuis le hall, vous trouverez le grand salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine, toutes en plan ouvert. Au premier Ă©tage, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec salle de bain privative et grande terrasse avec vue sur Moraira, Calpe et au-delĂ .

Accessible depuis le salon, il y a une grande terrasse, une piscine privée et des jardins, une section de la terrasse est couverte et il y a suffisamment de tables, chaises et chaises longues pour toute la famille. Nouveau pour 2018 est la cuisine extérieure/BBQ sur mesure, avec réfrigérateur intégré et évier externe avec eau chaude.

A Spotless Villa in a great Location!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa! Everything was perfectly clean and the furnishings were modern and complete – you could tell great care was taken in maintaining the place. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and straightforward, which made everything even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. Thanks to several nearby beach options, there was a lot of variety for relaxing or snorkeling, which made our days diverse and exciting. All in all, a highly recommended place for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation!

Fabulous modern casa with all the amenities you need for a relaxing villa holiday. Great pool with shade during the heat of the day. Stunning panorama with views towards Calpe. Close proximity to Moraira with its great mix of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend can't wait to return.

one week in June and it was perfect.

We stayed at La Colina for one week in June and it was perfect. The location was great for our family, it is just a short walk in to the town and the beach but was far enough away from everything to be peaceful, we had great views of the mountains from the pool terrace too, though its worth sitting on the bedroom terrace and watching the sun go down at night. This villa is really well fitted out with beautiful furniture, everything was really comfortable, clean and we didn't need to buy anything extra, lots of gadgets and things you need in the kitchen to cook. The outdoor kitchen was a treat, we stocked the fridge with wine and BBQ'd every day, what more could I ask for on a holiday. The pool area has lots of space so the children were happy and we didn't trip over them all day long like you do in some smaller villas. A perfect place to make a perfect holiday, we will definitely keep coming back here :-)

Villa Colina Stay

Great sized villa, light and airy with fantastic master suite with walk in wardrobe and beautiful views. Walkable to Moraira and the beach but wouldn’t have been possible for elderly parents in our group. Sky tv intermittent and the cable ordered by hmr never arrived. Very disappointed that no mid stay clean apart from paying extra which wasn’t clear before arrival. Should be included in price. Mop and sweep inside and out and bathroom freshen up would have been appreciated as would have beds being made up mid stay. Used to receiving a decent welcome pack to start the holiday but very meagre offering available. Water pressure in downstairs bathrooms very poor for entire stay. Perhaps extra pumps could be helpful? Issues in master en suite should have been sorted before arrival. Shower drain covers were not installed properly but fixed when we raised the issue due to unpleasant overpowering smells. Average service rating reflects these comments.

A wonderful home where it is a privilege to be able to stay

What a beautiful villa, almost designed to perfection. The only small design issue being the location of the outdoor fridge which is in sun all day so has been disconnected. However, we used the kitchen fridge and made use of the 6 ice buckets provided so it was fine. The rest of the BBQ area is amazing with a top quality BBQ. The accommodation is top class and everything is absolutely gorgeous. There's a new pagoda on the top floor with a sumptuous 'day bed' which was lovely. The top floor suite is absolutely excellent and the rest of the villa is top notch too. Absolutely amazing place, we loved it and also the beautiful and extensive gardens with lots of eye catching flowering shrubs and many beautiful trees including lemon and lime trees. Its a fabulous place and if it were mine no one else would go near it! It was perfect, nothing really to improve.

Lovely villa in a lovely location

Stunning villa with everything you need. Outside space beautiful with plenty of space. Everything finished to a high specification. Communication. On arriving in Moraira (a couple of hours before check in) we were texted to ask if we would like to leave our bags which was a lovely touch. On arriving we were greeted by the previous guests (only them!) this was awkward for both parties. We then met an HMR representative who showed us round and advised they would text when the villa was ready. At 4.15 I had to text to check and was told sorry they forgot to let us know. On our 2nd day the BBQ wouldn’t light. HMR kindly came out on the Monday and gave us some long matches to use whilst the fault got rectified. I got a message a few days later to say an engineer would come the next day. An hour after this appointment time I got another message to say he wasn’t coming but would hope to come the next day. A full week later I then heard back to say he would come the Friday (our penultimate day) and HMR would like to offer us a nice bottle as an apology. I replied to this within 45 minutes and 5 days later (having been back home for 3 of those days) I haven’t yet had a response to him coming or our gift! I’m not sure if this would stop us using HMR again as everything was wonderful but does play on your mind if it had been something more essential than a BBQ we had an issue with how it would have been sorted.

A wonderful vacation in an extraordinary house

We could not be any happier. We have been welcomed very friendly upon our arrival and everything was shown and explained. The house is in excellent, like new condition. The pool is awesome, we couldn't get our kids out of it. The air-conditioned bedrooms are a true life saver in the summer. To the beaches it is a 20 minute walk (with 2 kids) - adults would walk approx 10-15 minutes. Restaurants, supermarkets...everything is in walking distance, but you still hear nothing of a street or from the neighbors. We loved it so much that we spontaneously extended our stay by one week and we definitely plan on coming back. We rent a house in Spain every year, and this house is by far the best we ever had. A few more glasses and a little bit more silverware would be nice.

Villa La Colina - Week 8 August

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed inside. Leonie was very nice and helped us when we arrived. Welcoming us with some bottle of wine and some necessary ingredient and washing stuffs was something we really liked and never saw in another rental vacations. We will definitely recommend this house for vacations. Thanks again for everything. The fridge didn’t work well and the temperature was too low. I would have add also some glaces and plates but all the rest was amazing.
