Pass the Keys | A Spacious Cosy Holiday Retreat!
Built in 1900, A very large and spacious one bedroom. The main building is setback with a huge front area giving the feeling of seclusion, considering the property is close to all local amenities and only a 10 minute walk across the golf course to the beach! A wrought iron spiral staircase welcomes you to the main entrance.
The property has high ceilings throughout with large floor to ceiling sash windows, with a fully equipped Kitchen and a large living and dining area. Having the luxury of a full sized double bedroom and a double sofa bed, the property has ample space to accommodate 4 adults in terms of living and accommodation areas.
The property also has a outdoor shed the perfect place to store any bicycles or outdoor paraphernalia. Please bring your own padlock. There is plenty of indoor storage too. You also have the use of a lovely shared patio area next to the shed.
To top it all you have the convenience of a dedicated off-street parking space! Please park on the right-hand side place as you drive in.
The Entire Flat is at your disposal for the length of your stay!

Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
Children and Safety Information
A travel cot is provided in the flat and is suitable for children up to 36 months. However, please note guests with children should take extra care, especially with the spiral staircase that leds to the entrance to the flat and the large kitchen windows. It is advised not to carry children up the staircase and to avoid opening the lower sections of all the windows, as they are low and may pose a safety risk.
Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times. The host accepts no liability for injury.)
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
