Appartement rénové en deuxième ligne de plage de Levante, Benidorm. Il dispose de 1 chambre et d'une salle de bain avec douche et sèche-cheveux, et peut accueillir 4 personnes.

Logement de 65 m² meublé avec goût et moderne, il possède une grande terrasse vitrée avec vue sur la mer et la ville.



Dispose d'un ascenseur, accès à internet haut débit par fibre (wifi), climatisation dans tout le logement, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, 2 téléviseurs (Smart TV), machine à laver, fer à repasser.

The property is in a perfect location so close to the beach and popular bars and the property was a really high standard and so clean. We will definitely look to book the apartment next time we go to Benidorm Nothing to not like about the property

Although the weather has been terrible , this apartment is just great, the views are unreal. I could live in this apartment, the colour scheme is just perfect. There's everything you need. I will definitely look for this when coming back to benidorm. I've never known this apartment be available, so I feel extremely lucky, thank you so much ☺️ Absolutely nothing, not to like. Anyone with any complaints, I'm afraid, there's something seriously wrong with you.

Would definitely stay there again. Had a great stay.

Excellent views. Lovely apartment. The lift is old and very cramped. Would have preferred to have a lock box for the keys rather than having to collect them at a different location.

It’s a beautiful apartment with everything you need, it’s nice and big it has beautiful views from the apartment as it’s on the top floor. The lifts only worked to floor 11, it wouldn’t work to floor 12 so if you have mobility issues it might not work for you but maybe the lifts are fixed now, there was no staff there so that’s why it’s a low score for that one and maybe they should think about allowing mobility scooters there

property is clean, the placement perfect and the view is great! I didn’t like the noise of a door in the rooftop, it was so windy, I was tired and I couldn’t sleep because it was making a lot of noise!

The shutter to keep the morning heat out was a blessing. The location is superb The air conditioning didn't really work properly. They only gave two of us one key so it was really inconvenient if one wanted to go somewhere etc.

But in the information we send you, we provide you with contact information in case you need anything. We would have provided you with another second set of keys and explained how the air conditioning works since we have checked it and it works perfectly.
