Live among the friendly locals in one of the sweetest little pueblos of Spain. Three minute scenic walk to the beach along Villajoyosa's famous bright colored fishermen's houses. Our spectacular Central Beach is arguably the most beautiful one of the Costa Blanca. We renovated our historic building with love and care to offer our guests the same comfort, coziness and cleanliness we look for when travelling ourselves. A brand new airconditioning installed to ensure complete comfort during the hot summer months. The quaint apartment's cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with quality mattress and private bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, an oven, fridge, Nespresso coffeemachine, cafetière and great view of the street and our historic church square. In addition to your own typical Spanish balcony, you have full access to the roof terrace with breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset. Lounge chairs are present to make your stay complete. This apartment is the perfect place for two guests, individual traveler or digital nomad. Our beautifully renovated easy stairs will lead you to your third floor apartment. Linens/sheets, bath and beach towels, beach chairs are all provided. Wifi, TV with chromecast included. Built against a 13th century fortress in the heart of Casco Antiguo, our renovated home offers additional apartment combination and rental opportunities upon request. Unlike other Spanish coastal areas, Villajoyosa is still authentic where Family, Food, Friends and Fiesta are at the core of daily life and culture.

Incredible ocean views from the rooftop deck! The apartment is clean and very comfortable, with everything a holidaymaker or a remote worker could need. It's right in the heart of Villajoyosa's Old Town, just a short walk to the gorgeous beaches and historic church, museum, etc. Great area for walking. Villajoyosa is a beautiful place. Many grocery stores and restaurants nearby, yet the area and the building are quiet, perfect for unwinding. Hosts Giselle and Errol are delightful, extremely welcoming, kind, and funny. I'm very grateful for a wonderful one-month stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect position for a beautiful stay.walking distance to the beach and bars and restaurants. We enjoyed a full month of beach ⛱️ & sun. The terrace is a great place to rewind at the end of the day with a glass of wine and enjoying the amazing sea view.

Lovely apartment and as good as the pictures illustrate. Excellent location in the old town with easy access to beach, shopping and public transport. Apartment has everything you need. Terrace has magnificent views and size for relaxing and eating. Giselle and Errol are great hosts-kind, generous and provide as much info as you need. Had a great stay and would def return.

Ticks every box for a relaxing holiday. The host and property manager are great and easy to contact. The apartment is superbly equipped and the views from the roof terrace are spectacular. The only thing I would say is that it’s not a destination for anyone looking for a lively holiday with entertainment options as you will be disappointed, however, we weren’t, so it ticked all of our boxes perfectly!

Amazing hosts, fabulous apartment

I travel extebsively for work and pleasure and I can honestly say Giselle has been the best host o have encoutered so far. Always on hand if needed, the whole process is managed expeptionally well. The apartment is beautiful too, well appointed with a stunning roof terrace. I will be back! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Holiday

First of all, Giselle was the best host one can imagine. She replied to all the questions I had before the trip within a very short time and very thoroughly. Also she was very welcoming throughout our whole stay and we really felt at home. The apartment was lovely and has everything one needs. It is situated in a pedestrian area in the old town, so already the walk to the apartment is relaxing. The view from the rooftop terrace is just gorgeous and we had breakfast there every day. I absolutely recommend staying there!

Old town treasure

In the heart of the old town, a stone's throw from the beach, roof terrace with the view to die for and everything you need to dining or sunbathing. Bakery, market and supermarket near by (trolley shopping you found down stairs). All equipment you need on the beach are there as well (umbrellas, chairs). So highly I do not recommend because it threatens to extend your stay :; p.s. Did I mention how the owners been helpful. Amazing holiday. Thank you Giselle.

Just returned home from an absolutely wonderful holiday. Villajoyosa itself is a lovely, very Spanish resort that was very welcoming and had a fantastic beach. The apartment was compact but very comfortable for two. The high ceilings and fans kept the apartment cool so we only used the air conditioning once. It is in the old part of town which is beautiful and so picturesque. Supermarkets, banks, cafes, restaurants are all accessible on foot. The roof terrace is breathtakingly beautiful and we spent most nights up there. The hosts are fantastic. Really nice, genuine people who care about their guests enjoyment. Little touches like the shopping trolleys, parasols beach chairs etc make the difference. Would definitely recommend.

Wunderschönes Appartement im der Altstadt

Vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung hat hier alles gepasst. Ein wirklich schönes kleines Apartment mit einer traumhaften Dachterrasse, auf der wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag : Etwas mehr Stauraum für Kleidung wäre schön. Bis zum Strand sind es etwa fünf Minuten Fußweg. In der Umgebung ist alles was man braucht : Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt. Nochmals hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar wenn man fragen hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
