Apartamentos Les Dunes Centro 8-A Levante Beach

Appart'hôtel dans la zone de la plage de Levante, Benidorm, situé à 350 mètres de la plage et à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Bloc de 14 appartements entièrement équipés conçus pour le plaisir de nos hôtes. Hébergement composé de 1 chambre avec salle de bain avec douche et capacité pour 3 personnes, et 2 chambres avec deux salles de bain (1 avec douche et 1 avec baignoire) et capacité pour 5 personnes. Immeuble avec ascenseur, piscine communautaire avec espace solarium et garage en option.

Logements très lumineux de 60 et 80 m² avec terrasse ouverte, avec vue dégagée sur la ville, certains avec vue sur la piscine et la mer.



Tous les appartements sont équipés d'un accès internet (wifi), de la climatisation dans tout le logement, d'un chauffage par pompe à chaleur, d'une Smart TV dans le salon et d'une TV dans la chambre principale, de chaînes satellite, d'un lave-linge, d'un fer et d'une table à repasser, d'un sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. salle de bain, draps et serviettes inclus.

Les cuisines sont indépendantes avec une plaque vitrocéramique, et sont équipées d'un réfrigérateur, d'un micro-ondes, d'un four, d'un congélateur, de vaisselle/couverts, d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire et d'un presse-agrumes.



- La remise des clés et l'enregistrement ont lieu dans le même bâtiment 24h/24. Si vous avez besoin d'informations supplémentaires, de vente de billets, de réservations directes ou si vous ne vous êtes pas enregistré en ligne, notre bureau le plus proche est situé au numéro 62 de l'Avenida del Mediterráneo, au niveau de la rue, nom commercial BenidormBooking.

- Une caution de 200 € est retenue à l'arrivée sur une carte de crédit/débit.

- Check-in à partir de 16h30 (la haute saison peut prendre jusqu'à 18h00)

- Départ jusqu'à 11h00

- Supplément pour une place de parking de 15 € par nuit.

- Il est permis de fumer uniquement sur la terrasse.

Very good location Spacious apartment for 4 people (having two bathrooms was great) Hairdryer Extra blankets (it was colder when we stayed) Large balcony which gets +++ sun in the mornings Would stay again Bit of confusion about picking the the keys up at their offices (20 min walk away) - I think the email info they send out is out of date Ended up getting the keys at the apartment and leaving them in the apartment when we left (couldn't have been easier)

Everything about the 2 bedroom appt we booked was great,,located on 8 th floor,,the terrace was big with sun all day,,the amenities were as advertised,with everything needed for a self catering holiday..modern and very clean,with good heating and air conditioning,,it also is a very secure building with a safe within the apartment,,Beatrice the cleaner supplies the key for the safe,and she is also available to assist in any way with queries etc,,she’s a very nice helpful person…we’ve stayed twice in the les dunes centro,and enjoyed our stays both times. Nothing

Perfect location. Good communication

Property is very clean, in a great location, close to the beach and not far from the Balcon and tapas alley. Communication with the hosts was very good. Pool was a bonus which had we stayed longer we would have used. Very good appt and would recommend. Nothing. It’s a very good apartment. My only feedback would be to renew the numbers on key pads to access the property.

Locatie en de bedden. Ook het balkon was fijn. Het was ook fijn om 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers te hebben.. Bank zat vreselijk,daar gleed je vanaf en eetkamer stoelen zaten ook niet comfortabel. Nieuwe ( slaap)bank en losse stoel. Was erg sfeerloos. Wat aan de muur zou het gezelliger maken.

The apt having two bathrooms was very convenient. Unfortunately, the lift broke Saturday night so had to climb up to 8th floor via stairs.
