Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 15e étage donnant directement sur les piscines extérieures de Phoenix Gulf Shores. Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1 980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!



Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'une télévision SMART à écran plat de 60 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur SMART à écran plat de 55 pouces dans le maître, d'un 42 pouces Smart TV dans la 2e chambre et un téléviseur intelligent de 39 pouces dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, deux lits Queen dans la 2ème chambre, deux lits Queen dans la 3ème chambre et deux lits superposés dans la 4ème chambre pour dormir jusqu'à 16!

Views were excellent day and night. Steps to the beach. One issue was not enough towels for my party but was glad there was a washing machine to get us Thu. The other issue was not enough cooking pots and pans.other than that we had a wonderful time. The kids stayed in the water. Highly recommend.

Spacious condo with plenty of room and beautiful views of the Gulf. Very nice amenities in the building. Building is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Great location.

This condo was great! It accommodated 12 people nicely and would accommodate more. The location is excellent. The only complaint I have is that the door to the balcony was extremely difficult to open and needs repairs, and the appliances need to be replaced. Overall, it was a great experience.

Spring Break 2023

The property was beautiful and was in a great location. It was walkable to restaurants. It was very easy to check in and the owner was very helpful. We had a few issues with some maintenance but he immediately got it taken care of. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and very roomy for a large family with young children. The bunk room was great for my grandkids! This property was large enough for myself, my adult son, my 2 adult daughters and their husbands and 6 grandchildren! Would definitely recommend!

Spacious & Clean

Really enjoyed our stay - the condo layout was excellent with LOTS Of room for 10+ Teenagers and adults. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. What I love about this Phoenix is that the elevators work GREAT and you don't spend 30 mins waiting for the next one. Quick and easy haul to the beach. WE had a great time!

They took care of the problems fast! Loved the layout and how spacious this condo was. The only thing I could say is maybe a few more cooking utensils, mixing bowls and pitchers. Overall, it was a great stay!

2024 Family Vacation

We love the Phoenix in Gulf Shores. This unit was very spacious. Would sleep up to 18 people easily. The stove is a tad bit old but works. The living room sofa is older but spacious. We had dish problems but called the number provided and was taken care of ASAP. A few of the dishes were dirty, but we washed them… so not a big deal. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. It does not have an ice maker which some of the other u it’s have. I did overlook that when booking. It’s very nice to have coolers.

Great Condo but Needs Some Love

The condo is great however the couch needs to be replaced as there is a huge tear in the cushion and doesn’t sit well. The dining chairs are gross and need to be recovered. The oven door is broken and the light doesn’t work. The beds were comfortable which is why I give this rating a Great Condo because sleeping well is the most important part of the stay. The master bathroom toilet has mold or something and should be replaced. The master shower head should be upgraded. The outdoor furniture is rusted and broken. Great space and layout. A few upgrades would go a long way!

Great spring break trip

We stayed at this property for a friends and their families for our spring break vacation. The location was great. The view was excellent. The condo was able to sleep the 14 of us comfortably. The condo was clean. Some staining on the furniture. A suggestion that I will give is make sure you bring paper towels, toilet paper and seasonings for cooking for your stay. There was no salt/pepper and only one roll paper towel and a roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The ice machines did not work property. We had a service man come to clean the ice maker and after that, the ice machine did not make the ice as needed. We did bring ice cubes trays and made our own ice.

Reviewer Comments: the condo was filthy. the top outlets throughout the condo didn't work, the kitchen sink was loose, shower/tub was clogged, toothpaste on the mirrors, sand on the countertops, shower floor was black with dirt, stove nor microwave light worked, ice machine would produce ice because of the dirt/dust on the vent, sheets were not on the beds. Overall the experience was definitely not properly cleaned however the pools (inside and out) were nice and well kept. The beaches were beautiful. We have stayed at the phoenix facilities for several years and this is the 1st that has been dirty, because of COVID I would have thought extra care would have been taken to clean better and sanitize more than normal.

The condo was the perfect layout, however it was not clean. There was barely any cookware. We had to call to get several things fixed, one being the couch that had something sticking out that cut myself and one of my grandchildren. The couch was very outdated and dirty. The sliding glass door from the master bedroom could not be used due to old balcony furniture blocking the door. The toilet in one of the double rooms was rocking and had to be fixed. Just very unkept it seemed. For the price I paid it was very disappointing.

Described as a “chef’s kitchen” however, we didn’t have an oven mitt, dish towels, electric can opener or serving dishes. Wouldn’t matter as much except we were there over the Thanksgiving holiday. Oven door was difficult to close, but it did close fully once pushed hard.
