Bright apartment with huge terrace of 24 sq.m., located in the exclusive Jardines del Mar complex (Golden Mile of Marbella). The apartment is 2 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes walking to the Old Town.
The apartment has views to the tropical garden and swimming pools of the complex. The apartment has south orientation.
The amazing terrace of the apartment has a dining area with BBQ as well as a lounge area to relax yourself.

The living room features two separate areas. One area with dining table, sofa and TV; and the other area completely separated to the other by a furniture with the others two beds.
The bright master bedroom has a south orientation big window with views to the terrace, tropical garden and swimming pools of the complex.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nescafe machine and all kitchen utensils needed.

The complex is located 2 minutes walking to the beach and at just 15 minutes walking from Marbella old town.
