Le bungalow est une base idéale pour un couple d'une petite famille, et que vous veniez pour des vacances ou pour le travail, il est parfait pour les deux. Nous sommes à moins d'un mile de la plage et en plein cœur de Midtown. La cour arrière est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour manger en plein air et traîner, et le garage détaché est un bureau ** idéal **, une retraite d'écrivain ou un espace pour enfants. Remarque: Conformément à l'ordonnance de la ville, les heures de silence sont de 22h00 à 7h00. Également par ordonnance municipale, l'occupation maximale est de 6 personnes. Great little bungalow

Beautiful place. Loved it. One toilet is more work with 4 adults, but doable. The back patio made it feel twice the size.

Cozy home away from home

Such a cute and comfortable house! The decor, inside and out, is very tasteful, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you would need to prepare a meal and the outdoors is a perfect setting to enjoy a meal or just relax. I highly recommend it!

Our Happy Place

We love staying here at this cute bungalow! Every year we come we enjoy the backyard oasis and our dogs love it too! It’s fun to go to local breakfast restaurants and downtown Ventura has great shopping and restaurants. The owners are great and helpful to work with!

Property was easily accessible to the beach. About one mile walk. Backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed the BBQ and patio area.

Great Ventura visit!

We used this charming house as a base as we explored the Channel Islands. Everything about the place was lovely--very clean, comfortable beds, great communication with the owner. We loved Ventura, and would definitely recommend visiting this cute town and lovely homey home.

Great property in Ventura

Loved the decor of this place and the outdoor space is awesome. My husband, dog and I hung out there a lot. Nice to have a fenced in yard as well. I wish there had been more stuff to walk to, but the residential neighborhood was cute. And lots of things were a short drive away. Overall great place!

I would rate this property as a five but the last day and a half we had some power surge issues reached out to the property owner and he responded & checked out ( this could have been out of his control)

Perfect Getaway for Relaxation and Fun!

We love visiting this cute, quaint beach house! Loving close and easy access to beach and dining in downtown Ventura. We also love the tropical front and backyard landscaping, enjoying our coffee in the mornings outside. Also the host is so great to work with!

Beautiful house with everything you need for a nice stay ! The little guest house was very impressive (tv with roku inside !) The owner was very helpful and nice. My family and I enjoy our stay!

We felt very at home in this adorable bungalow with an excellent front and back yard as soon as we arrived. Tim, the property manager, was very attentive, easy to interact with, and friendly. We will absolutely stay again!

Wonderful coastal getaway

Everything about this place was perfect! Check in was super easy and the house has everything a family would need. Our favorite feature was the large backyard and the "cabin" where we'd curl up and watch movies at night. The location was very convenient to Main Street and the beach. The owners were super responsive. We'd definitely stay again.

Beach Bungalow

We had a great time, despite some rain, at this great home. Every detail was taken care of by the owner. Great location near the beach, downtown Ventura, restaurants, pubs and wineries. Tim, the owner, was accessible and was in contact with us during the storms. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely rent again!

Cozy and quaint

This bungalow may only be 700+ sq but it seems larger. It was quite comfortable and cozy. The backyard area as well as the front yard courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy the great weather in Ventura. Tim checked in to be sure everything was okay and assured us that he was there if we needed anything. We were there four nights and did not want to leave.. Will definitely be returning..

This home is located privately off a busy street, and about a mile from the beach. Once you pull into the driveway you are in your own beach bungalow world. The vibe and decor are beyond charming from both the front and back immaculately cared for yards, to the precious interior. I felt comfortable and at home for my two day stay.

Ventura cottage

Loved the cottage! Very clean, the pillows and beds were great! Well stocked kitchen. Outdoor areas are amazing! The only complaint we had was the street noise. Other than that great location to walk to just about anything!

Amazing!

Thank you so very much Tim for sharing your amazing house in Ventura. Our family had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful backyard, flex place, privacy, BQ, kitchen, location to everything. Short stay with family

We stayed here while construction was being done in our house so we are local. But it still felt like a little getaway. The house just has a really comfy vibe and we felt comfortable very quickly. The house is beautiful with a beautiful yard. Our dog was welcomed and our 7 month old was comfortable too. They had all the amenities we needed and great location next to good restaurants and close to the beach.

Robin and I have been together for almost 25 years and, along with raising two daughters, some of the achievements of which we are most proud are the properties we have bought and renovated together as vacation rental properties. We are drawn to properties that have been around a little while and love to find ways to enhance the charm that is to be found in a home that was built in a different time.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We had been wanting to move to Ventura for years, but could never find a way to make it work. We had just concluded it wasn't possible when a flyer for the Bungalow landed in our mailbox. We knew we couldn't live in it long term ourselves but that it would be great as a vacation rental. We love being able to stay here as well as share it with guests wanting to visit one of our favorite spots on the planet: Ventura.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

So many things to do, so close at hand: relax at the beach, hike or ride in the hills, enjoy great food (and local breweries), wander the shops on Main Street- or just hang out in the backyard. Life is good.
