Great apartment

The apartment is in a very good location right in the centre of Lavante Beach easy to walk to the old town or the New. The property is well managed and check-in was so easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Disfruté mucho con mi familia

Me encantó las vistas al mar, la cercanía a la playa, la tranquilidad durante todo momento. El apartamento muy tranquilo, limpio, amplio y bonito. Todo cerca y bien. Volveremos. La entrada pasa desapercibida por el paseo marítimo, en el apartamento alguna cosilla sin importancia como tema de luz o puertas. Porque se llega cansado! Repetiremos para el próximo año, aunque las llaves las recogeremos en coche (menuda caminata)

Lovely clean apartment with a great location

Lovely spacious apartment with a great location, right in the middle of the beach in between new town and old town Could just do with a couple more sun loungers outside as there was 6 of us and only two beds (and one was broken) It could also do with a mat on the floor inside from the patio as one of us had quite a nasty slip with the outside being a bit wet and then stepping inside

De ruimte in het appartement. En natuurlijk de toplocatie. Iets comfortabeler meubilair zowel binnen als op het dakterras zou fijn zijn. En een parasol of zonnescherm.

Excellent apartment perfect location to explore old town and venture to main strip if you want

Was clean and beds were comfy. Great having outdoor space as well It states there is a hairdryer in the apartment however you have to request this at check in. You don’t know you have to Request until you go to use it and then you have to go all the way back to get it. I would suggest you ask clients at check in if they need one or not as we never took one.

Szép nagy terasz, gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre, központi fekvés.Modern berendezés, mindennel felszerelt konyha. Hideg volt a lakás, mert elromlott a fűtés,délelőtt jeleztük, de csak este 10 kor hoztak radiátort. A matrac nagyon kifeküdt volt.

Ive booked again already! Overflow pipe emptying very smelly offensive wash water every few hours and fake grass is stained and you can not walk on that bit at all. Bed was broken on arrival the slats had come out but this is fixable. wardrobe didn't open on one side again fixable

todo nuevo muy luminoso La cama de la habitación principal se hunde esta roto el somier y en la terraza huele a agua estancada que sale del una tuberia a un cubo de fregona rojo el cesped esta podrido de que el agua sucia que sale por la tuberia rebosa por el cubo y huele a podrido.

Nice apartment

Apartment was nice and light and very clean, we should have looked at the map before booking as there is a huge childrens fair ground that opens every night from 5 pm untill 1am right next to the block, also if you want clean bedding and towels you have to wash it yourself as there’s no cleaners the whole time your there, overall it was a nice apartment very central to everything, Also the booking office where you collect the keys is a good 20 min walk from the apartment,the terrace is nice and big with a lovely view of the sea, if we ever come back to Benidorm we would book to stay again 👍
