Situated in a beautiful holiday villas grounds, with sea views, mountain views and access to the gardens, some of the terraces, private pool and heateded outdoor Jacuzzi. Please Note - We do not allow arrivals at night, the latest you can arrive is at 4 in the afternoon. No late night arrivals are allowed.
This studio is separate and private with its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchenette with a medium sized fridge and freezer, and a luxurious bathroom with double sinks, and a large bath and shower.
The studio can sleep up to 4 people, with one double bed and two singles.

Prime location, only a 1km walk to Puerto Banus world famous marina boutiques and cinema, Corte Ingles and beautiful beaches.
New Nomad restaurant is Only 500m from the villa and Mosh Fun Kitchen, walk to 2 supermarkets and a great variety of good restaurants, bars and cafes. Walk to the beach in 20 minutes along a very special and unique pathway called the Paseo Maritimo which begins at the Via Verde. You will be surrounded by exceptional peace and quiet in a beautiful garden with spectacular sea and mountain views. Access to two barbecues is permitted, please ask for tools and timing.
You will love being in the jacuzzi at night under a huge big open sky and stars above. It is such a romantic place with so much to do due to its very central coveted location known as being the best here in the Marbella Puerto Banus area. There are many restaurants surrounding this neighborhood such as Tuk Asian Fusion cuisine, Cafe Gourmet, A great Bike rental shop and rentable tennis courts at Brothers Tennis, 3 very good Indian restaurants and many more, a Farmacia and excellent English Doctors at a nearby clinic.
Please take note with regards to Dogs. We do not allow big dogs that are not fully house trained and we require a damage deposit if you bring one with you. It is against the rules to leave your dog alone for more than 2 hours as it is a new and strange place for your pet and this could cause your dog anxiety. Thank you for agreeing to these rules concerning your dog in advance.
