2 bedroom flat in historical marais area, accessible by stair. It has : a large bright living room, two bedrooms ( one streetview , one in courtyard calm ), one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, WiFi. Located in 2nd floor accessible by stairs. Ideal for a family stay. Close to the Riverside Seine(3-4mn) lovely area full of museums , Picasso museum , House of Victor Hugo nearbye, 5 mn walk from “ rue des rosiers” . Notre Dame church and Louvres museum within 15minutes walking distance. Close to all amenities and transport.

An impressive place in a wonderful neighborhood

Can’t say enough about how nice this property was how easy it was to communicate and check in. This is in a regular neighborhood in Paris just close enough to everything you want to see but far enough away from the tourist to make it feel like a real Paris experience. We would happily book this property again.

Live like a Parisienne

Great flat in a convenient location. Very spacious for Paris flat. We were there Christmas to New Years and it was warm and toasty in flat. Helene agreed to early check in which was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back.

Spacious, comfortable, amazing location

We were very pleased to find this full 2-bedroom with separate kitchen and living room that was only a one-minute walk from the Centre Georges Pompidou. The neighborhood has all the restaurants, bars, boulangeries-pĂątisseries, museums and shops one could ever want. Someone met us at the apartment for check-in, and we got quick responses whenever we exchanged messages with Helene during our stay. We did some cooking, and the two grocery stores right next to the place, one of them natural/organic, made it very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

This apartment was perfect for the couple of weeks that my friend and I spent in Paris. It was in a convenient location in a neighborhood that felt very safe for two 18 year old girls on their own. The apartment was very well kept and looked as described online and also included many other amenities (kitchen appliances, washer, drying rack, hairdryer, umbrella, iron, etc.) which was greatly appreciated. The owner, Helene, was very nice and hospitable in regards to the suggestions that she gave on where to go and was awesome communication wise. I understand that some owners are hesitant to rent out their properties to college students so I appreciate the trust that Helene had in us to make sure the apartment was well kept. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I definitely would book again!

Very Parisian apartment!

Enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Seine - it was very easy to walk to many places and the owner gave us many recommendations for restaurants and things to do and she was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The Metro was also very close and easy to navigate. This is the heart of Paris however and there were several bars a few blocks away so nights were a little loud; we also had 2 grocery stores on each side of us which was very convenient but deliveries or trash pick up would come at 6 a.m so it could also be loud in the morning. The only reason I gave this property a 4/5 was the noise factor. Otherwise, everything was great!

Best location for walking everywhere!

We had a splendid week and loved this apartment's location. It was well appointed, communication with Helene was superb, and we walked everywhere and took very convenient metro at Hotel de Villa a few times. The apartment was as described. Well appointed, plenty of space and comfortable beds. Do note there are stairs to get up with luggage, and we did it but might not be for everyone. We went to several restaurants recommended by Helene and all were great! les temps de cerises was our favorite. We took the train to Chartres one day, from Gare Montparnasse, an easy experience and one we highly recommend. We can't say enough about this home away from home for the week we were in Paris. We hope to be back and will tell our family and friends to stay here. Merci beaucoup Helene!

Charming Place

The apt was perfect for our small family, we loved the location and the older charm made us feel like Parisians. There is street noise in the front room but it did not bother us but would be a problem if you are a light sleeper, the room in the back was quiet. Very easy to walk and bike to all the major sites and great food and shopping all around. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Paris

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment in a lively, charming and yet peaceful neighborhood. Surprisingly spacious for central Paris and conveniently located minutes from tourist attractions such as the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Pompidou Center. It is a 10 minute walk to Les Halles transportation hub which made getting to CDG Airport and Disneyland Paris very easy. Whether you plan on traveling all around the greater Paris region or just staying within walking distance of the apartment, you can’t go wrong. Just make sure you arrange for an extra key in advance if needed.

Located in the trendy Le Marais area

Spacious flat for Paris standards, well located for restaurants and walking distance to le Louvre and l'ßle de la cité. The flat faces a pedestrian Road so there is no noise of cars but can be noisy on Saturday night.

The Parisian Dream

Imagine your dream apartment in the middle of Paris. Well, this is the place! First of all there is the AMAZING location, right in the middle of the Marais. When you leave the apartment and head to the Rue du Temple just a few steps away, you can literally see two iconic monuments on either side: the Notre Dame and the Center Pompidou (the top of the latter can be seen from one of the bedroom windows). The place is big and sunny, has beautiful hard wooden floors (parquet) two big bedrooms, a great bathroom and a well equipped kitchen (but no oven). There’s even a washing machine but look out, no dryer (which is typical for a French home). There are restaurants, bars, and bakeries all around the apartment and there is a medium size super market right next to the building, which was practical when we ran out of toilet paper the third day. So if you’re looking for the ideal place to stay in the French capital, look no more, this is the place!

Perfect Paris Neighborhood!

It was our first time in Paris and could not have asked for a better place to stay! Quaint little side street close to lots of shops and cafĂ©s! Ten minute walk to Notre Dame, twenty minute walk to Louvre, and if you are up for the distance, only 2.5 miles to the Eiffel Tower! The apartment itself was decorated beautifully, beds were so comfortable, and the washing machine was very helpful for our long-term travel! 😊 HIGHLY recommend

Wonderful Parisian stay

I loved my stay in Helene’s property. Check in was easy and flexible. Communication was great and she provided tons of recommendations for the area. I loved my meal at one of her recs. Location is near what seems a busy nightlife area, but I had no noise issues in either bedroom. Five stars!!
