This single-storey semi-detached cottage is close to the village of Whimple in East Devon, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Broadclyst Cottage is a delightful single-storey cottage situated close to Whimple near Ottery St Mary in Devon. The cottage offers two bedrooms, comprising of a double and a bunk bedroom, plus a shower room, this cottage can sleep four guests. There is also a kitchen and sitting room with dining area. To the outside, there is a small lawned garden plus shared use of the outdoor swimming pool. Off-road parking for one car. Broadclyst Cottage is a fabulous base with plenty to see and do around East Devon.
Amenities: Central heating. Electric oven and hob with extractor fan , microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with DVD player, WiFi.Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Private patio/garden area. Shared use of outdoor heated swimming pool (May - end of August). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 0.8 miles

The town is famous for its literary connections to the poet Coleridge and for its church often referred to as a Exeter cathedral lookalike.The town also plays host to 'Tar Barrels' which attracts more than 3000 visitors on 5th November each year, as well as pubs and plenty of individual shops.
