We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We especially loved the beautiful views of the Intracoastal from the balcony, which was a great place to relax. The water park was a huge bonus, especially for the kids! We loved being able to enjoy so much without having to get in the car. Such a great spot for a family vacation, and we would definitely stay again!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, and was super clean! We loved the large balcony, and the view was spectacular. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the beach chairs and wagon were an added bonus that we loved! Our grandkids loved the board games provided, and we played every night. Cody and Jessica were wonderful hosts! We didn’t have any issues at all, but they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We fell in love with the area and this beautiful vacation home, and we look forward to returning soon.

Clean condo, enjoyed location & availability of beach waterpark, & pool. Granddaughter loved the waterpark! Couple of suggestions for future travelers: A chest a drawer for people to put away their clothes, hand bars in bathroom for those who are older, other than those suggestions an excellent place to stay!!

This is an ideally located property on Sand Key. The large 4th floor balcony looks onto Clearwater Harbor and the beach on the gulf and multiple restaurants are only a few hundred yards away. The property itself is beach chic and feels a little like home, if home was coastal Florida. We had three adults and three children and had plenty of room.

Great condo with an amazing view and great hosts. We loved sitting on the patio and looking at the tranquil intercostal. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, the water park and the beach. We enjoyed the sunsets. Plenty to walk to including restaurants and bars. Quick trip to Clearwater for more fun activities. Highly recommend this rental!

This is our second time at this property. Such a nice place. Awesome water park. Most beautiful sunsets at the beach down a couple of blocks. Everyone was so nice. The 3 elevator is really slow. Had to call the host with an issue with the lock at 10pm. He is super responsive.

Cody and Jess have a beautiful condo! It was super clean and comfortable. They have everything needed for a fun beach day (wagon, chairs, towels, etc.) and just a short walk to the beach! Perfect location with covered parking (BIG plus) Beautiful balcony view. My three year old LOVED the water park! All in all, wonderful vacation in a beautiful condo! Thanks Cody and Jess!

This place and this town is beautiful ! Cody and Jessica have outdone themselves with the interior of their condo! In addition, the location between the waterway , marina and beach with the included waterpark was fantastic ! Many people have beautiful places for you to stay in but when you have the hospitality of Cody and Jessica added in , it’s unbeatable ! We WILL be back !!!

Great location for our boys, my wife and I. The water park is very fun, indian rock beach is very chill in comparison to other local beaches in the area. Very relaxing and having chairs, cooler, toys and towels felt like a VIP experience.

Awesome place to stay. Host kept in touch over the stay, and water park were a hit with kids. Condo was very spacious enough room for two kids to have their own space. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee spots, plus a charming path that led right to the beach. The beach itself was stunning with soft white sand and gorgeous teal water. Our kids had an absolute blast enjoying the pool and waterpark. The host was incredibly organized, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Fantastic. Super clean, comfortable. Well stocked with everything you would need including beach equipment, games, xbox, etc. 9 and 11yo kids loved the waterpark. Great beach just a block away. Parking was easy and convenient.
