I couldn't ask for a better view of the ocean, just right out there beyond the balcony. The places was spacious and clean. Well equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking gear. Response by host to messages was fast.

Perfect condo for our family trip! Amazing ocean view from the lanai. Storage area stocked with beach gear came in handy. A/C worked well. Bathrooms a bit out-dated, but worked for us. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Loved the ocean pool at sunset. We will return!

Beautiful view and a comfortable home

Easily accommodated 3 couples. AC worked well, the view off the lanai was beautiful and the condo complex had very well maintained ammenities. I would definitely recommend!

Everythink that was needed was at this condo. There was everything that was needed at the beach was at the condo, from 3 umbrellas, to at least 4 beach chairs, to 5 beach towels. When I stay, I like right in front of the ocean, this condo provided it, we had great sunsets everynite. I recommend this condo to everyone.

Awesome Condo Awesome Location

I can't say enough good things about this condo. The location itself is breathtaking with uninhibited ocean views in all directions with waves crashing on the rocks below. Just sitting on the lanai watching the boats, outriggers, dolphins etc. while listening to the waves was magical. There is always a nice ocean breeze as well making working or sitting on the lanai for hours wonderful. The condo itself is great. Totally clean and well appointed with everything that you will need during your stay. Plenty of cooking gear for meals at home, beach chairs and floats in the closet on lanai, and extra beach towels in the laundry closet if needed. The beds are really comfortable as well. My wife and I were there alone the first week, and were joined by another couple the second week. We never felt crowded or cramped at all as the condo is large. Overall, the condo set up was ideal for our 2 weeks in Kona. Mark, the owner, is also a great guy. He communicates with his guests to make sure that their stay is excellent. We only wish that we could have stayed longer. Highly Highly recommended!!

Amazing stay

Amazing location, clean facilities and easy check in/out. Calm and beautiful resort and the view from this unit is out of this world. Best sunset on the balcony! We even saw dolphins!!! Master is spacious bathroom as well. Decor is very rustic and « vacation vibes » ! Would rent again in a heartbeat. (Family of 6)

A great place to stay!

Check in/out was so simple. We loved staying here, close to restaurants, grocery and gas stations. The view from the lanai was stunning anytime of day, especially the sunsets. We saw outrigger canoe groups daily and dolphins every morning. This condo is right on the water, just the right size for group, we will definitely stay here again! Loved all the amenities, we did pay extra for a/c.

Beautiful Spot

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It’s a beautiful spot with a lanai right above the water. The only thing we were surprised by is that there was not enough toilet paper for our stay.

Love this place!

Our family has rented several units in this area. We love this unit for the 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. There are beach chairs and a. Ice umbrella which was super useful. There was also a vita mix which was awesome. This was a great place to stay.

Perfect Hawaii Experience

Property was exactly as described. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. We did opt for the A/C but didn't always use it. Sitting on the lanai was heaven - listening to waves crashing, watching whales and dolphins and mainly escaping Montana winter!

Love it

Me and my 2 young adults had a great time at Kanaloa 2004. Not sure if I missed it in the details, but the 3d bedroom is actually a loft. Condo had everything we needed plus some leftovers over various things that was nice. The patio view is nearly indescribable.

Beautiful Oceanfront Location!

We had a lovely stay at this spacious, well-supplied condo with covered parking. Enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai - dolphins swam by every morning! Appreciated the close location to restaurants and grocery store at Keauhou Shopping Center and to Kahalu'u, our favourite snorkelling beach. A few minutes drive into Kona with good eats oceanside at Kai's, Papa Kona, Canoe Club, Don the Beachcomber, and Kona Inn. Mark was easy to get in contact with and gave us all the information needed to have a great stay. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Beautiful view

Spacious condo with room for family of 4 to spread out, beautiful view from the lanai, well appointed kitchen, very clean. Our only issue was that the refrigerator ice maker was not working, which was a little inconvenient, but ultimately not a huge problem.

Comfortable, Spacious, Amazing Views!

This was our first time traveling to Kona HI and we are so thankful we found this condo. We had 4 adults and a 2.5 year old. Very spacious, parking spot, fantastic balcony on top of the ocean. We saw dolphins outside the lanai daily with gorgeous sunset views. Very quiet complex with 3 pools (ocean pool was our favorite). Conveniences and grocery store just up the street. 15 min drive to the downtown Kona area. Weather was impeccable. Very warm but the shady lanai with a fan was very comfortable. Will be staying there again.

5 star location

Spacious condo perfectly situated with a lanai overlooking the sunset and pounding waves. The development is away from the noise, between downtown Kona to the north and Captain Cook attractions like Two Step and PuÊ»uhonua o Hƍnaunau to the south. Manta ray snorkeling trips depart from around the corner on Keauhou Bay. I decided to stay here despite one negative review, and I"m happy I did - the dryer vent and jacuzzi problems have been corrected. There is beach equipment in the closet (small cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, water shoes and snorkel gear) and board games to keep you entertained. Plenty of room to spread out or gather in a big group. Super comfy beds including four twin size beds for the kids to have their own. Would stay here again.

Great location and nice condo

We stayed at this condo for 9 days and enjoyed our time. The location was perfect, just off the high-tourist area, but close enough to drive to. Watching the waves crash from the deck just cannot be beat. Great sunsets every night. The condo was nice, kitchen is conveniently stocked, bedrooms were comfortable. My only complaint is that the couches are very uncomfortable and could use an update. But all things considered the view from the deck trumps all. The owner was courteous and comms were good. The condo area was nice and our 8 year old loved the pools. Everything was well kept and clean and we had no issues while staying here.

About As Close As You Can Get

This condo is so close to the ocean that you get to fall asleep while listening to the crashing waves. Mark has also done an outstanding job of stocking this place. There are beach towels, floaties and an ice chest. All items that you would need for a day at the beach. The bathrooms and kitchen were also stocked very nicely. The condo was very comfortable and fit the 4 of us very nicely. There is a grocery store and a Longs Drugs just up the hill and we ate at 3 different restaurants that are all part of the shopping center up the hill. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
