Maggio View Apartment

Cet appartement doit son nom à sa vue manifestement magnifique sur les monuments de la ville et les collines qui entourent Florence.

Ce charmant loft de 40 m² est situé au 6e et dernier étage d’un palais historique de la Renaissance équipé d’un ascenseur. Il dispose d'une cuisine flambant neuve et entièrement équipée, peut accueillir 4 personnes (2 dans la chambre en mezzanine et 2 dans le salon sur le canapé-lit), d'une salle de bains avec douche, de la climatisation et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

L'ascenseur vous emmène directement au 6e étage ; il y a ensuite 3 marches à monter pour atteindre la porte d'entrée.

À l'intérieur, vous trouverez le salon juste devant vous et la salle de bains flambant neuve (dotée d'une douche très spacieuse) sur la droite.

Plus loin sur la droite se trouvent le coin repas et la cuisine entièrement équipée.

La chambre se trouve sur la mezzanine.

Elle est située à 5 minutes à pied du Ponte Vecchio et de la Galerie des Offices, et à 10 à 20 minutes à pied de tous les autres monuments et musées principaux.

Les draps et les serviettes propres sont inclus et seront fournis en fonction du nombre de personnes.

Location was great. Cleanliness was a minor issue within the bathroom and with the appliances. The host helped us find affordable parking nearby within the ZTL which was a huge help.

Our hosts were very responsive and the space was clean and spacious. The location was wonderful too, close to all of the attractions but far enough away to get a sense of quiet too.

Very great place to stay. Close to great restaurants and all the main attractions in Florence. We were greeted really great during check in as well. Everything was clean and we had all the amenities we needed to feel at home.

The apartment was as charming as I had hoped. The views from the many windows were breathtaking. It was spacious, very clean, the bathroom and shower was wonderful and exactly as listed. It is very close to so many restaurants and museums, Ponte Vecchio, etc. The host was very communicative and helpful, providing a parking garage close to the apartment. I could not have chosen a better accommodation. I would highly recommend to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence—the location of the flat is fantastic, we especially enjoyed the views from the large windows, appreciated the large bathroom/shower and the updated kitchen. Matteo and his team were easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions for the flat. We happened to be in town on a holiday weekend so the street noise was louder than expected, but otherwise all was great.

My husband and I stayed here about a week and it was a perfect location! A close walk to everything but just on the edge of all the tourists so it was quiet at night and very peaceful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any friends or family traveling to Italy!

Maggio View was beautiful, comfortable, and ideally located for our stay in Florence.I would love to rent this charming space on my next visit. Matias responded quickly to any questions I asked, and his colleague Paula was very helpful in orienting me to the apartment, the neighborhood, and a number of non-touristy places to go. We had a little difficulty at first figuring out how the light switches worked, but not enough to contact Matias, who would I'm sure have responded very promptly had we done so.All in all, Maggio View was a perfect place to stay to enjoy the local culture as well as the magnificent museums and gardens of the city. We were within easy walking distance to everything and had delightful restaurants, cafés, and wine bars right in the neighborhood. We felt so at home that we wished we could stay longer. I heartily recommend Maggio View to anyone who wants to enjoy the feeling of living in Florence.

The apartment was great, perfect for my husband and I for our anniversary trip to Florence. There's a nice bed in the loft which gives the main part of the room for a small table, living room/sitting area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is small but it has everything you need. We also appreciated that it had a washer for clothes (but no dryer). We were nervous about not having a dryer, but they have a hanging rack to use and everything dried easily each night so it worked out great.It's on the top floor with an amazing view of the rooftops around town and a picture perfect view of the Duomo out one of the windows. We met someone to give us physical keys and walk us through how to access the building and show us around the apartment. She was wonderful and gave us lots of great recommendations based on what we wanted to do during our trip! We loved the personal touch. We love to stay in an area that's not super touristy and this is perfect. It's a short walk to all the big tourist destinations, but more importantly, it's in a quieter area with more locals, which we love to experience. There was a small local market set up in the near by square and tons of great restaurants to choose from. We would recommend this apartment to anyone, especially couples on vacation.

I did get some bug bites on my body. My husband did not get them but they are all over my body and legs. I started some meds for them per the pharmcacia.Not sure if they were bed bugs or other. My clothes were in cabinet. Otherwise we loved the location and views.

Furthermore, following your report, we carried out a thorough inspection of the entire apartment and can confirm with absolute certainty that there is no trace of bed bugs. Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Florence – Great for Families!We had a fantastic stay in the Historic Centre of Florence! The location of this apartment could not be more convenient—it is just a short walk to the palace, the bridge, and absolutely everything else we wanted to see.The apartment itself was spotlessly clean. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the friendly staff took the time to show us around and give us all the information we needed to know. It is very family-friendly, and our daughter absolutely loved sleeping in the upstairs loft bed! The newly updated kitchen was also well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals.The only minor critique we have is regarding the sofa bed. The section where your upper torso and head rest is currently collapsing and angling downward, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. It looks like it just needs a basic repair or a replacement.Otherwise, everything about our stay was absolutely great. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book this apartment again!

Fantastic space, great location

The apartment was a wonderful place to stay in Florence. It’s on the side of the river away from the main tourist sites, but surrounded by amazing restaurants. The bathroom was wonderful, kitchen was small but really functional, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’d stay here again anytime. We had a great and helpful checkin and the host was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!
