Perfect family getaway!

This condo was the perfect place for our family trip! It was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was very well-stocked. We came during a busy time, but we never had trouble getting an elevator. We appreciated use of the beach chairs and umbrella the owners left for us to use. We hope to return!

Breathtaking Views & Comfortable

The unit was well maintained and stocked with plenty of linens (we were never able to find any pot holders, but dish towels did the job). The four bedrooms, each with attached baths were perfect for our group of three couples and two teens. The beach is beautiful, spacious and clean and just a very short (and lovely walk) from the building. The pool was a nice size, but VERY COLD. The hot tub was very small and constantly packed (at one point we counted 16) with young children (under the age of 10) with no adult supervision. There was also no one ever around to report this to. — That was frustrating as we weren’t able to ever use it, but it definitely didn’t ruin our vacation. We will absolutely visit again and would reserve this unit again, in a heartbeat!

Great week with friends!

Overall our week was great. Sally was great to communicate with and was quick to respond. This place was HUGE! The main living space is very wide and big. It worked great for our group of 10. The dining table seats 8 but there is a child table for 4, a side high top table for 4 and then 2 seats at the bar. We personally used the side high top table as a puzzle/games table. I loved having so much sofa seating as well; however, I found that the couches are in dire need of some deep cleaning or maybe even replacing. The kitchen had lots of dishes to use which was nice so we didn't have to run the dishwasher every time we ate. There were also lots of pots and pans to use. Unfortunately, they were all pretty disorganized so it was hard to find what we needed. I'm not sure if this was a result of the owner or more likely, the result of previous renters. The beds were all comfortable and there was lots of drawer and closet space. I appreciated the shelves in the closets and the over abundance of hangers to use. The locks to the balconies don't seem to engage so they never really "locked" which caused some in our group anxiety being on the 19th floor with little ones. We did have an issue with the refrigerator. It did not want to cool down all the way to a "safe" temp, even after 24 hours of putting our stuff in. It took a few days to get a repair person out who initially told us it was fine but after I persisted, he realized that his temperature gun did not work right and there was a clog in the cooling line. He fixed it and the fridge worked fine the rest of the week. We never could get the icemaker to work but also note that even if its working, it's small, so I suggest bringing your own ice. The other appliances worked fine (small note - the light in the oven is out). My only other complaint was that the overall unit could use some deep cleaning. The floors were not clean at all, lots of dust bunnies, etc. Oh, one last thing - we loved having the extra umbrellas and chairs to use. Thanks for a great week!

I’d just like to say the condo was amazing! I have to find that master bedroom mattress!! I have a bad back and that was the best sleep I’ve had in six years since my back surgery! We definitely are going to rent again next summer!

July 4th Family Vacation -

This property was as advertised, even better than pictures! I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was by far one of the best equipped units I have ever stayed in. From the Kitchen to the beach the owner thinks of everything. There were beach towels for 10, sand toys for the kids, beach chairs, tons of extra bedding, even a stand mixer in the kitchen. Our group of 10 was very impressed. We had lots of room to spread out. The main living area was great for hosting extended family staying in the same building. For dinner one night we fed 22 and there was plenty of room for all. We had hick-up with the AC system, but the owner responded right away and it was fixed the same day. We will definitely look for this property next year! Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic

The listing is very accurate. The view is amazing. Being on the 19th floor you can see so much. The layout was great for us and the boys and wives for those that are married. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and pans you could need. Really liked the closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again with in Gulf Shores. The complex is super nice with multiple pools, the gym, and pickleball.

Favorite condo so far!

Our family of nine loved this listing! It was our third time at the beach club and we have liked all of them, but this was the best layout for us so far! Kitchen was well stocked, seating was adequate and we liked having our “puzzle table” separate of the dining table all week so we could keep that spread out! Though we didn’t report it while there because it didn’t impact us, one chaise lounge in the interior balcony was ripped out and unusable. On our last night we discovered that although we had an ironing board, there was no iron so that would be a helpful addition, and we only found one hair dryer across 4 bathrooms, but again that wasn’t a deal breaker! “Beach hair, don’t care!” We would definitely book again!

Roomy place for the Beach Club

We really enjoyed our trip and this wasn’t our first time at the beach club. Most condos are a bit smaller so this one was great and very comfortable for 6 of us to stay in. At one point the power breaker (not in unit) flipped and the power and maintenance were extremely responsive and quick to fix the issue. I am going to add my suggestions to improve the experience but please don’t let it deter you from booking! This place was great! There are LOTS of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and toys. I didn’t know this until the day before when I got check in info. If it was on the listing I would have packed less. I would have loved if the WiFi password was posted somewhere in the unit. I got it in email but having to look it up for everyone else each time was a slight hassle. There were extra pillows and blankets in the master closet which was great! I would have loved a few smaller throw blankets rather than having to mess up a whole big blanket for the couch. The master bathroom included a hair dryer which was handy. The kitchen was well stocked and we did cook a few days of our stay. The only things I would have loved to see added would be a cutting board and salt and pepper shakers you can see into (I don’t trust the refilled ones personally). Being an end unit was great we had beautiful views of the ocean/ sunset. We were able to leave our wagon outside the unit and not bring in as much sand. having a rug of some kind in the front entry would help too
