We are glad that you enjoyed the condo and the amenities. The balcony not only has an amazing view of the Gulf but also panoramic views of the island and intracoastal waterways on the east and north side making the A units a favorite for most guests. We appreciate that all bedrooms in this unit have water facing balconies, unlike the others that face the inside of the building.

We're glad you had a great time at our beachfront condo in Navarre! Thanks for your feedback, and we hope to see you again soon!

Diane, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay.

Thank you for sharing your detailed and positive review of your recent stay at our vacation rental in Navarre Beach! We're thrilled to hear that you had a fantastic experience and that our property manager was helpful throughout your stay. We're delighted that you found the vacation rental spotless and were satisfied with its condition. It's great to know that you appreciated the convenient amenities, including the easy access to elevators, carts, and covered parking with a reserved space. We're also pleased that you found the unit beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay away from home. It's wonderful to hear that despite the initial weather challenges, you still enjoyed the lovely beach, clean surroundings, and even got to witness some marine life such as dolphins, sea turtles, and rays! We're glad you found some favorite spots nearby for breakfast and exploration. We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the intermittent Wifi and the cold pool temperature during the springtime, as well as the accessibility of restrooms from the beach/pool area. Your input helps us identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you once again for recommending our vacation rental and location. We look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic stay in Navarre Beach in the future! If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out.

We are always grateful when a guest takes this much time to write a detailed review of their stay. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the amazing furnishings, beautiful views, layout, and complex amenities like the pool, storage, and nearby reefs. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention. We have already dispatched our check on a few of these items and found all balcony doors have handles and the dryer works great. We also take your feedback regarding the kitchen details and linen quality seriously and are addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure our standards are consistently met. Regarding the starter amenities, we explain in advance that we provide a standard initial set to get guests settled, and we send a suggested shopping list. Regarding the beach chair service, we completely understand how frustrating to not get the exact placement you want. As we noted before your arrival, the chair service contract is managed entirely by the Beach Colony Resort and La Dolce Vita, which dictates that deeded property owners receive priority placement. There are fewer than 10% of owners on site at any time using chairs, so this is generally not a problem. We are very clear, front row seating is not promised or guaranteed.

We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for your kind words about the beautiful views, cleanliness, comfy beds, and overall experience. We're delighted that you found our vacation spot to be a great pick, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
