Welcome to this fantastic villa, for 6 guests and with private pool, at only 200 meters from the beach and 1.6 km away from Cala Bona.
The exteriors of this country house invite to rest, since it has a big private salt pool, 10 x 5 m and 1 to 1.8 m deep, surrounded by astonishing views through field and mountain. In its surroundings, there are 6 sun loungers to sunbathe and a cosy porch with sofas to have a coffee or a glass of wine while chatting. After some steps, there you have a construction, where a porch invites you to organise pleasant evenings. On the other side of the house, another porch leads you to the interior.

You will be welcomed by a room, in the purest Mallorcan style, which combines the living room and the kitchen. Here you can prepare delicious dishes on the ceramic hob and take a break from watching SAT-TV. Then you enter the rustic dining room with space for 6 guests. The laundry room offers washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms equipped with wardrobe, fan for the summer months and heater for the winter months. One of them has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. One of the latter has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Finally, a second bathroom with bathtub serves the whole house. A cot and high chair are available.

This country house has a fantastic location since it is in the countryside, offering tranquility, and at only 850 meters away from Ses Barreres beach and 1.6 km from Cala Bona, where you can find all the essential services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket and much more. The golf course of Son Servera is also at 1.9 km.
