Magnifique appartement avec terrasse dans le centre-ville

L'appartement est situé dans l'ancien quartier du Ghetto, à l'intérieur d'une magnifique villa Art Nouveau datant du début des années 1900. C'est un endroit qui se sent comme à la maison, idéal pour passer votre séjour confortablement et en toute détente, également grâce à la magnifique terrasse donnant sur le jardin intérieur.
L'appartement vient d'être rénové, et c'est pour cette raison que nous n'avons toujours pas beaucoup de commentaires, mais il est étudié en détail et offre tous les types de confort pour des périodes courtes et longues. Nous sommes sûrs que vous passerez un bon moment!

L'ancien quartier du Ghetto est l'un des endroits les plus fascinants et les plus centraux de la ville, un point de départ idéal pour découvrir Rome, où vous pourrez vous promener sans but dans les "ruelles" traditionnelles du quartier.
Toutes les zones culturellement intéressantes sont accessibles à pied.
Il vous suffit de faire quelques pas pour vous retrouver dans la Via dei Giubbonari avec ses boutiques et sa vie nocturne, pour vous rendre à Campo de 'Fiori et Piazza Farnese.
A quelques minutes à pied se trouve la Piazza Venezia, le Forum romain, le Panthéon et les rues commerçantes centrales.
Le Vatican est également à seulement 15 minutes en bus. Bref, l'endroit idéal pour séjourner!

Spacious and airy apartment in Rome

Great stay at this apartment- checkin was fast and easy and host let us know local restaurant and cafes to check out! Building was beautiful and apartment had plenty of space for the four of us.

A Perfect Location in Rome

This was my fifth visit to Rome and by far the most perfect location to walk in any direction. And talk about “a room with a view”looking over the Tiber River. Very hard to beat overall.

Beautiful accommodations and central location

The apartment in the Jewish Ghetto was beautiful with high ceilings, large bathrooms and comfortable beds. The balcony is a huge plus to unwind after a long day. It is situated in a perfect location being a 15-30 minute walk to most sites. Trastevere is right across the river with numerous restaurants and tavernas. Would definitely stay here again. Carlo was quick to answer the phone or respond to my texts with any questions that I had.

Beautiful terrace

The apartment is very updated and everything you need was provided. Tha terrace was wonderful to have and great for enjoying morning coffee or a drink after a long day of sightseeing. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here! Fantastic location, comfortable furniture and very helpful host. The air conditioning was a huge bonus as the temps were in the 90’s while we were there. Overall, an ideal apartment for a centrally located Roman adventure!

This place was phenomenal! The location was super great to walk to any attraction you wanted to see in the city center. Carlo was a great host and stayed in touch the whole visit, checking in. There was enough space for our family of 4.

Great apt and location

We loved our stay! Great location, grocery nearby, inside the apartment has all that you need. Tall ceilings Beautiful hard wood floors Comfy bed Great water pressure in the showers Beautiful area *Location is a bit loud, but you can bring a white noise machine if you're not used to city noise. Would definitely recommend!

A Relaxing Retreat with an Opportunity to Explore Many Sites in Rome!

Lovely, airy apartment with charming patio to dine, relax and enjoy the view. Very comfortable with ample space for entertaining, sleeping, etc. The gated building made for a very safe environment. The surrounding areas afforded many choices in dining, shopping and sitting with friends to enjoy a glass of wine along with being within walking distance from many historic sites or a short bus ride. Carlo, our host, was always available to answer any questions that would arise and would do so promptly. Would highly recommend this wonderful, quiet apartment!

Perfect Location

Great communication, clean, everything you need, easy to get in, out. Felt safe area. Busy street near by, didnt hear it at night. Easy access to walk to everything. Couple age, 60s. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location, Safe Neighborhood

We enjoyed staying at the condo. The location is very central and made it easy to walk to all the sites. Communication was easy and Carlo was very helpful in making sure we got everything we needed. I gave a four for cleanliness only because the door on the small shower kept coming off the track and water kept leaking out and we were not able to use the balcony because it was very dusty and the furniture was all dirty. But overall, we would stay there again as most of our time was spent exploring the area.

Excellent Rome Location

This apartment is ultra convenient across a boulevard from the river in the Jewish Ghetto. The host was very accessible, his notes were accurate and helpful. The apartment was clean and was presented as advertised. All necessary items for a week stay are provided. We walked to all main attractions as most are within 30 mins. Public and private transportation are convenient and abundant. We enjoyed our first trip to Rome. The apartment made the daily needs easy due to nearby groceries as well as the proximity to Trastevere and its abundance of quality restaurants. This apartment is highly recommended for explorers and active travelers.

Fabulous stay!

Amazing VRBO in the perfect location to visit Rome! Carlo’s place is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! We loved exploring the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere. Carlo’s restaurant/ bakery recommendations were spot on and he was very responsive both prior and during our stay. Absolutely loved our time in Rome and staying at Carlo’s VRBO made our trip!

Perfect Rome Stay

Great apartment as advertised.. we rally enjoyed being in the Jewish quarter, which was slightly out of main action, but was close enough to walk to main attractions. Close to Campo de Fiori and Trastevere. Having the on line access key was a real advantage. Clean with comfortable bedding. Would highly recommend this place

Beautiful apartment

Spacious, modern, clean apartment in the Jewish Ghetto near cafes and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and having two bathrooms was a real luxury. Great kitchen and lovely large balcony to relax with a glass of wine after the kids went to bed! The building itself is charming with a glass elevator leading up to the apartments and we could walk around the corner to grab lunch or gelato. We would 100% stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations

The apartment was spectacular. We traced with our three children. It came with a crib, a converter, coloring books and other little items I didn’t expect. The owner was very quick to respond. Highly recommend if you’re traveling to Rome! Also loved the balcony, we had wine and treats that we’d grab from the bakery every night :)

Spacious comfortable apartment

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is well appointed and the host is responsive and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, however the showers have variable pressure and not enough hot water. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds very comfortable. There were not enough bath towels. That is our only complaint. The side of the apartment is on a street near a hospital so there were ambulance sirens, but as former New Yorkers this did not bother us. We loved the location and highly recommend this property. We would book this again.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here prior to our adventures in Puglia. This apartment was clean and bright and the perfect size for us! My husband, 2 daughters and a friend we were traveling with all stayed here comfortably. The location is beyond ideal- walk to most of the sites and neighborhoods we wanted to see and steps from ancient ruins. There is a supermarket within walking distance and the hotel on the corner (Citizen M) will call taxis for you if needed. The outdoor space was a nice addition. The only thing I would change is the furniture on the patio, as the table and chairs are aged and sturdy so don't expect comfortable relaxation on the deck, but again nice to have in the evenings. Also, if traveling in the summer months, as we were, ask for specific instructions on how to use the AC if unfamiliar with European systems. We visited during high heat, full sun days, followed the instructions in the home guide book, but didn't get the AC on until the end of day 2. Luckily, the building was not crazy hot, but you will need AC if visiting in the summer months and touring in the heat all day. Owner was quick to communicate and helped us get it going. It worked quickly and cooled off the main areas nicely. Communication was stellar, and all questions/needs attended to quickly. Overall, really wonderful stay and way to begin our trip! I'd stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Exceptional apartment, excellent location, with great indoor/outdoor space

Carlo's apartment at Via del Tempio was a excellent choice for our week in Rome. It's in a great location, right next to Tempio Maggiore di Roma (the Great Synagogue of Rome), in the Jewish Ghetto, and 15 minutes from the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. The apartment is two bed (an extra large double and a small single), with a large living room, functional kitchen and spacious terrace overlooking the inner garden below. While there is a lift the stairs are easy to climb. The main entry door is split in 4 parts and typically only opens one panel making for a narrow entrance. A second panel or even both doors can be opened if needed, if carrying larger bags. The remote gate opening and door entry worked perfectly by simply clicking the link in the email sent. We found Carlo very easy to get hold of and every communication was answered quickly and positively. Our only issue was the coffee maker stopped working, but this wasn't a problem as there are great local cafes, and will have been replaced in time for the next visitors. If you're looking for independent space in a great location, I highly recommend this apartment.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind sauber. Weiche und viele Handtücher, Seifen & Shampoos stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man gut kochen kann. Einziger Haken ist die große Straße am Tiber. Wir hatten gute Ohrstöpsel dabei, die für einen ruhigen Schlaf gesorgt haben.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Reise! Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral, so dass die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Besonders gut hat uns der große Balkon gefallen. Carlo als Vermieter war immer sehr gut zu erreichen und konnte alle Fragen beantworten. Lärmempfindliche Gäste werden sich vielleicht an den Geräuschen der nahe Straße am Tiber entlang stören. Für alle anderen nur zu empfehlen!
