We arrived very late and welcomed with a lovely fruit tart and coffee as a welcome for breakfast. Location was peaceful and apt was beautifully designed and comfortable. We communicated very easily with host and got to meet her when checking out which was nice. A great 2- night stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights and wished we had stayed longer. The apartment is as charming and wonderful as it looks in the pictures (more so). Our adult son was traveling with us so we wanted 2 nice bedrooms and they were! King size beds in both! Two bathrooms - one ensuite.The location is fabulous in the old city and we could walk everywhere and we did. Assisi is such a peaceful beautiful city. The apartment had everything we had hoped for and more. Morena, the host, even had a fruit tart for us to share. She was an excellent host and very responsive. She does not speak English but used translation on her phone to communicate with us. Our son speaks some Italian so she made a point of coming by when he was there and speaking with him. She showed us her two other apartments on the floors above and they too were too charming for words. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed and we hope to come back again some day.

We had a wonderful visit in Assisi and so enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was just perfect in every way - comfortable, clean, location. Owner is just lovely and generous and met our every need and more. Thank you for your hospitality and sharing this lovely apartment.

What a beautiful place!

This cozy apartment is in the middle of the city. It is beautiful decorated with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. We were two couple traveling together. The hosts are wonderful. Stop by their fragrance shop by the square and say hello!

Beyond expectations!

This stunning apartment is in a gorgeous and wonderful location in a beautiful and peaceful Assisi. There was absolutely everything one could need or want and very comfortable and clean. Our host, Morena was very, very kind to us and an absolutely wonderful host. We will most definitely book this property again when returning to Assisi. We had a fabulous stay!! Highly recommend this property!!

I will stay in old town, Assisi

The host was easy to communicate with. The location was closed to a public parking lot. But the most outstanding thing was a lovely apartment for the unique ceilings, the cleanliness and the feeling that you were back in time in old Italy.

Bellissima!

The owner is delightful and made us feel more like a guest, thinking of every comfort to enhance our stay.This home is beautiful, clean and comfortable…and situated perfectly for enjoying Assisi! We only booked two nights and immediately wished we had planned more time. It was so peaceful to wander around town, visit with people in the shops, take in the sunsets and soak up the history. We just didn’t have enough time to enjoy the apartment and to enjoy all that Assisi offers.

Excellent apartment in Assisi

A fabulous modern, clean apartment located in an extremely convenient location. Very close to Piazza Matteotti so easy to catch the local bus down the hill to train station. Also so conveniently located to the tourist attractions, restaurants & piazzas. Morena was an exceptional host treating us like family. We stayed for 6 nights & she warmly welcomed us. A lovely crostata was a nice touch. Fresh towels were also provide during our stay. I will definitely be returning & staying in this apartment again. The pictures are a true reflection of the place itself. There were 3 of us and it was really good to have the second bathroom. Loved this place, Assisi & the Umbrian surrounding towns.

From the beginning Sabrina (daughter) and Morena (mother who owns the place) were very responsive to any questions or assistance I needed. They helped me arrange with Simone (taxi) to get from the train station to the apartment and back, and also to a scheduled event. Morena met me at the apartment and showed me around. She even left me some treats! They have a well put together list of emergency numbers and local restaurants. The apartment is immaculate and very charming! (The pictures do not do it justice.) The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. I had a problem with my travel converter and they made every effort to find something that would work. If / When I visit Italy again, I plan to spend a longer time in Assisi, and will definitely stay in this apartment again.

We loved everything about this Assisi apartment!

Everything about the apartment was perfect for a weekend trip with my grown daughters. It’s a great location, five minutes from the center of town and just down the street from a coffee shop, small store and restaurants. The owner is very sweet and obviously proud of the apartment, as she should be. She renovated it in such a lovely way to honor the original Roman architecture, but also make it comfortable with modern conveniences such as the updated bathrooms and kitchen. I’d absolutely stay there again.

Cozy apt and great location

Excellent location in the upper level of Assisi with easy access to the central part of town and shopping. Beautiful architecture inside and out and well equipped to make it feel like home including the efficiency kitchen. Would go back without hesitation !

Greatest location in Assisi

We stayed for two nights in this lovely apartment. We were two couples. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom uses the front bathroom which is through the living room/ kitchen area so not very private but it worked for us. Everything was as the pictures show and very clean. You can’t beat the location in historical Assisi. We will definitely stay here when visiting Assisi again.

Fantastic apartment and wonderful owners

The pictures of this beautiful property are very accurate. A very interesting construction with a medieval feel. The local coffee shop was great in the morning and two deli s nearby had everything we needed to occasionally cook something light. Two restaurants that we really enjoyed were La Lanterna and I Monaci. The location is at the top of Assisi so the bus stop would be Matteotti. Assisi is a city on a mountain so prepare for some challenging walks. The whole village is so welcoming and the prices are very fair everywhere. The hosts were wonderful and we were treated like family as we were welcomed with a tart as we arrived. A trip of a lifetime! Thanks for the memories.

L'alloggio è pulitissimo, arredato con gusto, dotato di tutto il necessario anche per cucinare; è ubicato in una posizione comodissima, con posto auto riservato a un costo conveniente. Se si utilizza il divano letto del soggiorno la strada può essere talvolta rumorosa (raccolta del vetro) ma sotto ogni altro aspetto, siamo stati più che soddisfatti della scelta; le due stanze da letto sono silenziose. Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma l'appartamento è comunque fresco e molto confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato l'attenzione alla raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. Nei cassetti, guide e libri interessanti riguardanti il territorio. I padroni di casa sono stati molto attenti e cordiali e ci ha fatto molto piacere fare la loro conoscenza.

Located in the heart of ancient Assisi, this apartment gives a feeling of the old with brand new modern amenities. The beds are amazing, linens highest quality and kitchen well stocked. It is very convenient to all the ancient sites and the best restaurants in Assisi. The owner, Sabrina is delightful and welcomed us warmly. Also, thanks for the assistance and recommendations from her neighbour, Pietro. Highly recommend this apartment!!
