Year 2019 built waterfront dream home exclusive furnished. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Kitchen fully equipped with comfortable breakfast bar, open dining and living area. Nice pool with Jacuzzi, wide pool deck with 6 sun loungers, dining table, gas grill.
Great view on a the sweet water canal (no gulf access) crossing, excellent for kayaking and fishing. Nice neigborhood.
4 flat screens, cable TV, a music system and high-speed Internet are just a few of the many amenities this home offers.

Electricity: $0.16 kw/h + Tax, you take a picture of the electricity meter at check in and right before check out by phone and send via Text free or WhatsApp to BMI

Perfect Escape

We loved every moment our time at Key Biscayne! The house was gorgeous inside and out and was perfect for our family of four. The house was fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms and even had some pool/beach toys. The home was very close to Target and Publix and had easy access to some of our favorite local spots. The check in and out process was seamless and Iris with BMI was great! We would 100% recommend this spot for your next vacation!

Lovely property

This property is situated in a residential neighborhood not too far from basic amenities. The house itself is quite lovely. We were a family of five and everyone was content with their space. The pool is great, the hot tub heats up quickly. The kitchen is well appointed and the communication with the owners was great. It will not disappoint.

We will be back!

The pictures of this house don't do it justice. Everything is clean and new, the beds are comfortable, and the pool is great. We were two adults, two teens, and two tweens. The house delivered as promised. Anyone want to distance learn from this house? The wifi is great (although, we did wish there were more channels on the tv)! We had four students and one teacher on zoom every day. No glitches for any of us. And the view? Just beautiful! We will be back!

Work & School Poolside

Lovely property, awesome pool & hot tub, nice view of the canal - very clean, modern & comfortable. Wifi was great. We would definitely stay here again. Very minor issues: hot tub jets didn't work, outlets in dining room didn't work, no TV channels worked but you could log in to your own Hulu/Netflix/Prime accounts if you have them. We encouraged owners to give more info pre-trip re: what guests need to buy, what is provided, etc. Provided: 2 rolls tp in each bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, 4 dishwasher tabs. A few pool toys in garage, beach chairs & umbrella, a cooler & ice packs, nice beach/pool towels. Someone had left some salt & pepper we left some spices too. Not included: garbage bags, oil/Pam for pans (they are not teflon), kleenex, hand soap for bathrooms. Our electricity cost about $75 for the week - that was with us only heating the hot tub when we were in it.

We are constantly working to improve our ads and our service, and so we are happy to take up the suggestions of our guests. But let me respond to some of your remarks Our houses all have a minimum standard that enables guests to prepare meals. Kitchen utensils are available in all houses for the appropriate number of guests. Many of our homeowners, however, customize the kitchen with many extras. Perishable things are removed by our cleaning crew. This also includes oil. For reasons of environmental protection, we ask our guests to use the plastic bags from shopping as garbage bags. We are glad that you had a nice vacation and that you enjoyed the amenities of this beautiful house. Stay well and a Happy New Year The BMI Team

Lets talk about the showers

Never thought I would be raving about rainfall shower heads when you have such a gorgeous vacation home. But they were amazing! The pool, view, kitchen and even the comfort of each bedroom was wonderful, but what I will miss most is the showers! We rent a home or a week at least once a year in Florida, and this modern home had everything we needed.

Schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider war während des gesamten Aufenthalts die Poolpumpe defekt, sodass der Pool nicht beheizt und gefiltert wurde. Uns ist es leider erst gegen Ende des Aufenthalts aufgefallen als der Pool immer trüber und kälter wurde. Das Team hat sich dann aber unverzüglich um Handwerker zum Austausch der Pumpe bemüht. Hier wäre es toll, wenn eine gründliche Überprüfung des Equipments vor Mietbeginn stattfinden würde (dem wöchentlich kommenden „Poolboy“ ist das Problem anscheinend auch nicht aufgefallen). Trotzdem toller Aufenthalt!

Hallo Herr Hoffmann, wir freuen uns sehr, dass sie den Aufenthalt in unserer schönen Ferienvilla in Florida genießen konnten. Wie Sie schon schrieben, wird das Pool Equipment wöchentlich an einem festen Tag kontrolliert und gereinigt. Wenn nach dem Service Termin ein Defekt auftritt, sind wir natürlich sehr auf die Informationen der Mieter angewiesen, da es leider organisatorisch nicht möglich ist, den Poolservice immer auf den Tag vor der Anreise zu legen. Wir bedauern es sehr sollten Sie den Pool kurze Zeit nicht in vollem Umfang nutzen können und es wurde ja schnell Abhilfe geschaffen und ein Austausch der Pumpe vorgenommen. Gerne begrüßen wir Sie wieder einmal in einem BMI Ferienhaus. Bis dahin , bleiben Sie gesund. Ihr BMI Team

Simply Wonderful

From check-in to check-out, the process was quick and easy. Everything in the house was as shown in the photos. The house was modern, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Backyard space was incredible - amazing pool and dock which was great for fishing. Located in a quiet residential area, it was perfect for our purposes! Will definitely go back to this gem in Cape Coral!

Home Away From Home!

Our stay was wonderful! The place really made it feel like we were on vacation and experience a bit of luxury during our stay. The bedrooms were large and gave enough room for the kiddos to blow off some steam if they weren't in the pool. Pool was great as well. Heat can be adjusted (you pay for electric) and everything was clean and ready to go. Kitchen was well equipped and had a large variety of pots, pans, and utensils. Two noteworthy omissions: Pizza cutter and pizza pan. We did eat out a lot so it wasn't a big deal and could use a knife otherwise. Everything was very well maintained and clean throughout. Location was pretty good. About 30 mins to Sanibel and Ft Myers beaches as well as some shopping/stores and such readily available. I also felt very confident the hosts had a lot of experience managing their properties and having them ready for their guests. We'll certainly be renting from them again be it this property of one of their other ones.

This place is beyond what we had expected. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we enjoyed our coffee every morning in them too. Easy check in and check out. We will definitely be renting this property again in the future.

Amazing house!!!

The house is amazing. Very, very clean, awesome modern decor (loved all the small details) and well equipped (everything what you need it's there and most importantly, in pretty good and clean condition). We really enjoyed our time inside and outside the house (great pool and jacuzzi) and will highly recommend to anyone.

Miscommunication with agent

The house was great but I was told I didn’t have to clean when I left the property. When I get home the agent called saying they were charging an additional cleaning fee for the property. It was bad enough O had to track the electric meter and pay for electricity use but this extra fee was ridiculous considering the rental fee assessed. Will never rent from BMI Inc again, which is a German company.

Summer School Vacation

We arrived late in the evening and the 2 kids went straight to the pool. We turned on the hot tub and relaxed before unpacking or checking out anything else. The house was so clean, neat and very decorated perfectly. Loved the openness of the windows and doors. Plenty of linens, kitchen was so modern with the choices of dishes. Shopping and restaurants and the beaches so close. We need to stay 2 weeks next time. This was certainly the perfect vacation home before going back was school the next week. Totally Rejuvenated

Absolutely amazing property and managers! They made the process extremely easy with no stress. The property and location was beyond amazing. Beautiful and very clean house. Great location. We had a such a great time with our family. We love the pool and the spa tub. Definitely will be back for next vacation!!!!

Great Vacation!!

The property was beautiful, well equipped, centrally located and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool/jacuzzi and the temperature was perfect. The house has comfortable beds and nice linens. We enjoyed our vacation very much and would rent this house again if it was available. Thank-you for sharing your home with us.
