Come and enjoy the Florida lifestyle with a heated pool on a canal. This Four-bedroom, two-bath home is ideally located in Southwest Cape Coral. The living room has a beautiful Custom Beach Mural painted by Cape Coral artist Jane Ford. All damage from Ian has been repaired. Direct Gulf Boat Access has one bridge and no lock so you can be on the open water in minutes. The Captain's Walk Boat Dock has a 10,000-pound lift, a stainless steel fish cleaning station, electricity, lights, and running water, and a TIKI HUT where you can view the canal and wildlife. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a flat-screen TV in every bedroom. This gorgeous home is new in our inventory, and all furniture and household goods are brand new! The best Tommy Bahama mattresses. The property is in an established neighborhood that is well-manicured. You're minutes away from restaurants, shopping, beaches, and downtown nightlife—a very eco-friendly atmosphere, No damage from recent storms and NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR ELECTRICITY!

The home (not just a house) was wonderful for our family! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes utensils and basic spices which was nice. Had all the appliances too - air fryer, crock pot, etc. We loved the pool area with large dining table, heated pool and some pool accessories. The dock on the canal added a really nice aesthetic and the fishing supplies were a great extra. Grocery, drug store and gas station nearby. Our party if 7 adults and one toddler had a great time! Of note, we visited the Cape Coral farmers market and were very impressed. Enjoyed an afternoon at the Yacht Club Public Beach and took in the “3rd Friday” Music Walk in downtown Fort Myers. Several in our party dined out at Marker 93 and Pinchers which are nearby and offer excellent seafood. Overall we had a great experience! We hope to come again! Thanks James & Darlene!!

The house had many good things, such as comfortable beds, nice pool, well stocked kitchen, nice bed linens, plenty of nice towels and the location was great. The problem we had was the cleanliness of certain areas. The bathroom floors around the toilets needed to be cleaned and the fan in the kitchen was very dirty. There were some dishes in cabinets that were not clean. Attention needs to be made to cleaning the house. The tub and shower floors needed bath mats, as they were very slick and no grab bars were available. If traveling with elderly people, be aware as we had to buy non slip mats for safety. All these things are just a heads up for the owner, the house itself is nice, just needs a bit of TLC.

Excellent stay! We really appreciated all of the extras that you don’t always find in vacation rentals. A well stocked kitchen with cooking essentials, pots, pans, utensils, etc., beach chairs and umbrella (even rain umbrellas!), beach towels, and fishing poles. We visited around Christmas and they had a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations up which added to our enjoyment. The pool was heated which was great for evening swims. Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at! Thank you!!

If I could give this 10 Stars I would.When I booked the trip, I had already received a contract and information from the owners. Additionally, any time I had questions, she would reply almost immediately like we were texting. I was given a couple spots to try for dinner, we went to the Blue Dog, absolutely amazing. The food, the service, atmosphere and pricing all were 5 Stars. I had an issue at the house, I went to the wrong one lol, Darlene was great about the whole thing and even chuckeld with me about it. The house? Pictures dont do it justice. You have to see it to believe it, it is stunning. The decor is spot on, furniture is comfy in every room. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable as well. The outside seating area is perfection. We had plenty of space to eat, have our drinks and play games, while watching TV outside. We got some rain and with being under the screen and lanai, we didnt get a drop. We did some fishing off the deck, enjoyed coffee on at the table on the deck, chatted with some friendly neighbors and enjoyed every second of the time in the home. The surrounding area is great as well. Everything is literally within 10 minutes or so from the home. Gas, groceries, food, whatever you need, its all here. When I come back to Cape Coral, I am going to hope this place is available as I wouldnt stay anywhere else in the Cape. Thank you Darlene for having us in paradise! I would happily stay here time and againi!

Easter holiday in Paradise

We stayed here for 12 nights and enjoyed this beautiful and very comfortable house and gardens. The children loved the pinnball machine, the Playstation and most of all the swimmingpool.

Great Area and Home

We have been visiting Cape Coral during February for several years, and this was our favorite location and home to stay for a month. We enjoyed the lanai and pool area, and the size of the home was perfect for us. We appreciated the ample storage space, including the roomy closets. We felt right at home! The host was great and communicated very well. Check in and check out was a breeze! We definitely recommend this home for a long or short stay. It is nicely equipped and well located. Neighborhood Burrowing Owls were also so fun to watch!

Lovely place!

Such a wonderful home! Kitchen was far better stocked than any other homes we’ve visited, which made it so easy to prepare meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully put together and so comfortable! The pool was warm & amazing
the kids loved it! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the location on the canal could not be beat. Oh, and the TV and speedy internet was so appreciated as well! Will definitely stay here again. The hosts do an amazing job making you feel right at home!

Beautiful and clean and on the water.

Great location for fishing, the dock is a nice getaway. The neighborhood is great with friendly neighbors. House is fully furnished. The pool is nice with adjustable temperature. If your looking for a great getaway house this is it. Our kids enjoyed the pinball and the pool.

Home Away From Home

We love this place! This was our second time staying here in 3 months. Our boys loved fishing off the dock, and the pool was always a favorite! The Wal-Mart is right up the road so that if we needed something, it was a quick trip. We will definitely go back!
