Weekend in London

We stayed here for a weekend just to explore the town, it was a good price for 6 of us. It’s a bit far from central london but we knew that going in! We enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely flat in a great location

Our family had a great stay here for our trip to London. The flat was clean and well maintained, it was close to shops but also not too noisy. Just one quick tube ride to everything.

Perfect, quiet, good beds, no-frills

Excellent option for families, with three separate sleeping areas that are all perfectly comfortable (perhaps the single most important thing). Quiet. Right on the main bus lines for sightseeing on your way to major attractions. Great local restaurants en route to the tube (highly recommend Marina and Genco). Also terrific closet space, and room for everyone to lounge comfortably after a long day. Just a good all-around space, with highly responsive hosts.

Great apartment

We had a great 2 night stay. This apartment is clean and modern and had everything we needed. Convenient location for the tube into central London. Easy check in. Perfect for a base to explore London.

The flat suited our needs perfectly.Three friends for two nights, clean and comfortable beds for each of us. Flat compact but everything we needed for short stay. The advert does state you could be given any of the apartments shown in the block and if you don't mind a bit of pot luck, it's okay. Definitely good value for London though.Loved the quiet neighbourhood and happily took advantage of the cafés/diners along the main rd for breakfasts. 10/15 mins walk to the Tube not a hardship.Communications with Reuben the host easy and responsive. An ideal find

Perfect location, genuinely easy to find and access with a great selection of shops nearby. Very clean and tidy and the Aircon was a huge benefit for us. It's a small space but perfectly fits the bill for a short stay. One thing for anyone driving, you can request a visitor parking permit if you need one, but the long stay parking at nearby Sainsbury's (look on Your parking space) is really safe and affordable too. Will definitely consider staying here again if I need to be this area of London!

Well priced London flat for a group

This property was a great "home base" for me and my friends' recent trip to London. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour early which was a great help. The beds were fine, the bathroom was fine, wifi, heating, all that was good. It was a great, affordable option that had decent connections to the city centre.

Very Clean and Comfortable.

We only wished the neighborhood had some proper English pubs, otherwise, no complaints. Central London was easily accessible by a 10-15 minute walk to the tube. Lots of grocery stores nearby for supplies. The neighborhood highlight was definitely the Medittereanian fusion restaurant Mazal 76, just a quick walk away - don't miss it!

Great stay here, we were given the chalet at the bottom of the garden. I loved how private and quiet this place is. The accommodation was clean and very well presented. Very comfortable bed. Very good location to the underground. Only one minor flaw was that became se the toilet works on a pump system there is a slight nasty niff from the bathroom, I would suggest some fragrance in the bathroom but as I said this is only a very minor nag. All in all great stay. Thank you Reuven 😀😀

Secluded garden oasis

The host generously gave us the cabin he uses at the bottom of the garden for our stay. It was just perfect for our family. Very new, clean, quiet and private. It is like an oasis surrounded by greenery. We would have loved to stay longer. Tube station is a 10-15 min walk - about 30 mins to reach downtown London on the Jubilee line. Very close to groceries and some delicious Turkish food. An hour by tube to Heathrow.

A totally revolting family! Didn’t have a bad word to say in the time they were there and as one can see from the hundreds of positive reviews they are talking absolute codswallop! A word of advice to any future home owner…don’t let this absolutely awful family any where near you home! A real nasty piece of work!

I have to say I found this review very odd.. It is written very clearly that the apartment is a 12 minute underground ride to Oxford street which is exact the case! It is also written very clearly that there are 7 very similar apartments in the building and that the pictures are a mixture of all of them. As written they all have the same facilities… What I find most odd is that I actually met the guest while he was staying and asked him if everything was ok and he told me that everything was great apart from a knife that was not sharp enough for cutting meat which was replaced the day after…

Great family property for our London vacation

My family of 4 spent 4 nights at this property. I was looking for a rental that had enough beds so my kids did not have to share, air conditioning, and easy transportation into the city and this property fit the bill. I was a little worried about transportation, but there is a bus stop within 3 minutes walking and an underground station a 10 minute walk away. A large grocery store is on the way from the underground station and the full kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home and save a little money. Even stopped by the local pub a couple of evenings, once with live music and was warmly welcomed. Worked perfectly for our family and I would gladly stay here again.

Picture didn’t match where I stayed

So this was a fantastic location and we had a great experience there…but the pictures are NOT what we reserved. It ended up being fine, we had a family of five and the 3 kids all had their own bed to stay in, and the location was honestly perfect and surrounded by really great local foods. I just really don’t like when I expect something and get a different listing

NOTHING like the ad claims but not bad

The apartment looks nothing like the photos in the ad. The center is much further away than the ad claims. For example, oxford street is at least 40 minutes away by public transport, and the advert says it's 12 minutes away by public transport. The apartment is fine, communication with the owner is smooth and check-in simple. There is indeed a supermarket and a bus within walking distance. BUT We had chosen this apartment to be close to the center and its surroundings and to stay in a beautiful place. And here we were, almost an hour's drive from everything, in an apartment that was nothing like what we'd chosen it for. Mind you, the apartment isn't bad. It's "satisfactory", but absolutely not as pretty, clean and furnished as the photos show.

I have to say that I am quite astonished to read this review. If you had actually bothered to read the advertisement it states quite clearly that it is a building of 7 very similar apartments with the same facilities and that the pictures were a mixture of the apartments. Having gone over the pictures there are indeed a number of pictures of the exact apartment you stayed in but you appear to have looked at the one picture and based your views on that… As for the apartment being 40 minutes away by public transport,with all due respect you are simply talking rubbish! Willesden Green on the Jubilee line is 7 stops on a direct line to Bond street which is in Oxford street. I have no idea which train you took to get to Oxford street but it is patently obvious that you took the wrong one! As one can see from the numerous reviews on the apartments you seem to be one of the very few to complain.
