The house was perfect for a large group. Location in Dollar Point was easily accessible to Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Rental company was really attentive. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, amazing location!

Overall, plenty of space for our group everything was wonderful especially the views of the lake. Host was responsive & helpful throughout our stay and prior. Probably not the best option if you intend on cooking most your meals as oven isn’t the best.

Wonderful family vacation at beautiful Dollar Point home. Home is well equipped, has a great location and lake view from the deck, We would definitely recommend this home - clean, comfortable and ideal for a family vacation.

Great place for large groups

Very accommodating for large groups, plenty of beds, bathrooms, kitchen items and space! Easy to check in and property managers always easy to get a hold of and super friendly. Great neighborhood and just a few minutes from downtown Tahoe City. Walking distance to beach and pool which both are beautiful. Even provide coolers at the house!

We genuinely enjoyed our stay and thought the property itself was absolutely adorable. However, we were quite surprised by how basic the accommodations were, especially given the number of guests the property is intended to accommodate.It became very apparent that the property is managed more as a business than as a thoughtfully prepared vacation rental. There seemed to be very little personal attention or care put into anticipating guests’ needs or ensuring that everything was fully functional before our arrival.We experienced several plumbing issues during our stay. The sinks in the downstairs bathroom were clogged, as was the shower. The shower in the mid-level bathroom also clogged. In the top-level bathroom, the shower door did not have a proper seal, which resulted in water leaking onto the floor outside of the shower.We also felt that the property was not adequately stocked for a group of 10 guests. We were provided exactly 10 bath towels, with only one or two hand towels in each bathroom. Each bathroom had only two rolls of toilet paper, meaning there were just six rolls total for 10 guests staying for four days. There was also no full-length mirror anywhere in the house, which was particularly inconvenient for a group of 10 women, and there wasn't even a wine opener available.Overall, we did enjoy the house and found it charming, but we expected a vacation rental to be better equipped and prepared for guests arriving from out of state.

Summer Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at this property. We love everything about it. We have two young kids so the layout is great with lots of nooks for them to play in. The location is also perfect between the beach and the pool. And most of all, the design/style of the place is really cool and feels comfortable and stylish at the same time. Would love to book every summer!

Lovely Home, perfect to hang out with friends

Amazing location! Right near a fire station too and the lake! The sunset was amazing to see from the patio. Jacuzzi was great add on! Overall our friends and I had an amazing cozy time. The bunk beds are surprisingly big. Think a couple can sleep there if they are 5 foot 8 or less and slim. Super cute bunk beds. Will definitely book again!

Awesome property

The absolute best part of this property is the lower bunk bedroom. We had five kids stay down there and they never wanted to leave. Even the parents wanted to stay down there. Great house for a larger family or a group of families. We plan on renting this house in the future. Cannot say enough good things about it!

Spacious home perfect for a ski weekend

Our group had a great time in this Tahoe home! About 20 minutes from Palisades Mountain and only minutes from Tahoe City, this was the perfect location for our ski weekend! The house was well stocked with anything we needed to cook meals at home and had plenty of beds for our group. I was told the bunk beds were more comfortable and larger than most usually are. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and excited to visit Tahoe again in the future!

Luxury meet comfort - We felt right at home!

My group of seven friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and easy to settle into for a few days. The beds were very comfortable and the design of the house felt very functional and thoughtful. The view from inside and out on the deck is so beautiful. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and close enough to stores, hiking, and adventures. The property manager communicated arrival instructions clearly and was responsive when I had any questions! We would absolutely book again!

Awesome place!

We had such a great time celebrating my 30th at this cabin! 😍😜 such nice views, great mornings on the deck looking at the lake and listening to the birds chirping. We really enjoyed the cabin and location, close to grocery stores and the beach! Really loved the place, only minor issues we had was the porch lights/outlets did not work on the deck where the jacuzzi is & the garbage disposal did not either. We did not contact the owner about this during our stay only because it was not a huge issue.
