This home doesn’t have central A/C, but the upstairs bedrooms have window units during the peak summer months, and fans are in every room to keep you cool!

Tahoe can be wild—think fires, storms, or the occasional Wi-Fi hiccup. These things are beyond our control, so thanks for your patience. Refunds for such issues are reviewed case by case.

Our cancellation policy is firm—refunds are not provided for weather, air quality, road closures, or other travel hiccups. (Pro tip: consider travel insurance!)
