Great Accommodations in a popular area!

Spacious, well equipped unit. Kitchen was incredibly supplied with all the large and small appliances you could ask for. Perfect to have in suite laundry and showers were supplied with lovely shampoo and body wash. The host communication was excellent and was by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Small issue with a toilet was fixed immediately without an inconvenience. No AC, the unit does get incredibly hot. 2 X standing fans and some ceiling fans. The front bedroom was the most challenging and some difficulty getting the window open created some hot yoga type of nights. For tall adults those beds were also short. Would be perfect for kids. There were 4 adults in our party and the unit was perfect. Close to shipwreck and Poipu beach. Car is a must on this island parking was ample. PoolAnd hot tub area were well maintained, excessively clean and there was no issue with noise. Large storage closet that has a lot of miscellaneous items for use. A couple beach chairs need to be replaced. One doesn’t close for carrying on the back and several leave rust stains on clothing. Otherwise access to a cooler. Snorkelling gear, water shoes, umbrella, etc. Tjanks for a great stay!

Wondeful stay!

We quite enjoyed our time here! Everything was clean, the property was exactly as described/photographed, and the location was perfect for us. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any rental I've stayed in, and they even included a lot of other extras in the unit like beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, body boards, etc. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay

My family and loved the homeyness feeling of the unit. Boogie boards, small appliances, and feeling of the unit was great. Please be warned there is no air conditioning so leaving deck doors open was a needed. There are fans though aplenty

Perfect Location

The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed for meal prep and beach days. There were days that we wished the unit had air conditioning but the ocean breeze helped cool down at night. Being so close to the cliffs was perfect for us. We spent many hours watching the waves crash against the rocks and the turtles catching food. Traveling to Poipu beach was easy as it is an easy 10 minute walk.We would recommend this unit and hope to make it back for another visit!

Great location and property. The kitchen is well maintained and set up. The property lacks ac and the back bedroom got very hot. A screen on the entrance or cooling system is suggested. The patio area is nice- unfortunately the furniture has rusted through and was not able to be used. Would stay again if there was ac and the patio was fixed as the location is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful pool area and views.

Girls get away

We wanted a quiet and calm downtime vacation and this property provided that. Abundant towels, bags and beach gear available. Great kitchen and lanai, it's right on a public path so easy access but still has privacy due to a landscape burn. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was comfortable and in a great location! We were concerned about no AC, but found it comfortable with the doors open and fans on. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing stay

It only took us 20 min from LIH and the location was easy enough to find. I wish I had arrived earlier in day rather than 11p but that was my bad, also I had thought I received email for entry from VRBO but I got a n email direct from owner, unfortunately went to my junk emails-just a small embarrassment on my part getting into unit. But after that the stay was great! The location is amazing good walking area and so close to drive or 15 min casual walk to beach. The unit had everything except AC but opening windows/doors solved that. The pool is close by and great if you don’t want to be sandy. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. And the cookies on arrival was a nice touch. It does have a few fans and could use one more but that’s just a suggestion from two menopause ladies lol. Basically we had a great time.

Good location but poor host communication

The lodging is roughly as expected given the provided pictures and amenities listed in Vrbo. The location was a big plus; you are right next to Poipu's ocean cliffs, the southernmost point on the island, so you have unobstructed views of sunrise / sunset via a short 3-5 min walk. However, our trip experience was hampered by an unresponsive host experience. We found a large cockroach in the lodging upon return from our first dinner in Kauai. The hosts told us to expect critters given the tropics, although I've been to Hawaii twice before and this was the first time I've had a cockroach problem. We immediately communicated to the host that we'd like to be moved to another, cockroach-free unit, if possible. We communicated via the Vrbo app, which we got no response despite multiple follow up messages over the app, and texted another member of the host team that came to meet us when we were moving into unit. Again, no response from that individual. We had to find the local Pipou Reality (host company) office, located a town over, and knocked on their door during business hours, but still had no response. There was a business card hanging in the window of the office which we called the number on, and then finally, after calling the number 3-4 times, someone picked up and heard our case (they did nothing, but hey at least we got a response!). All this to say this: stay at your own risk. The lodging is fine, but I wouldn't trust the management team to solve any problems that arise

Stay of our dreams!

I came here for my Honeymoon with my wife. Stayed two full weeks and could have stayed longer. This property was beautiful, had everything we could have wanted and more. Incredible location, view, and pool area also. Anne and Benjamin were super friendly and made sure we were accommodated and gave us good ideas of what to enjoy around the island as well. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay

Very well-equipped, roomy and clean comfortable condo. Property was even stocked with all sorts of gear like beach chairs, umbrellas, scuba gear for enjoying the ocean/beaches. sits on a spectacular location on cliffs over-looking the ocean with dramatic views. We really enjoyed the sunsets and meeting lots of other residents/occupants gathering to watch the sunset. Property sits very close to both Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach. Kauai is definitely one of, if not the, most beautiful places we have ever travelled to. We hope to return soon and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful place by the ocean

Wonderful property location.... Great hikes around the rocks and views were gorgeous and beaches within walking distance. Loved seeing the turtles in the little coves. The unit was one of the best stocked places we've stayed in with any beach gear you could want. The kitchen was equally well stocked with all appliances necessary and plenty of dishes for 4-6 people. We had everything we needed and loved our stay in this roomy unit. We also have to mention that the master bedroom had a very comfortable king sized bed!

Great property!

Large condo, perfect for a family. Kitchen in well suited to basic meals, patio is lovely in the morning and evening. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys etc are all available for use. Would recommend.

The property was very large and roomy. There is no air conditioning in the unit. Nights were hot so it was hard to sleep. We had to leave the sliding door open. I didn’t feel safe knowing the door was open. The unit provided extras such as beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear.

NIce place

Large, well appointed condo. Host very responsive for any minor issue that arise. We stayed early August and as others have stated there is no AC. This was not big issue most evenings due to the fans (host did offer extra fans) and trade winds. However one evening without the winds it was a little uncomfortable. Not so much in the master but in the other bedroom. Although it certainly appeared safe enough to leave the sliding doors wide open we choose to close them most of the way and used the sticks provided and added to them to leave room for air flow but not so much someone could get in. One suggestion, to help others that are as skeptical as us, would be to provide slightly longer sticks to accomplish what we accomplished without improvising. Overall a very nice place and I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent property!!

The value and location of this property was excellent for our trip! The communication between the owner and manager was on point and thorough. We had no issues and had an amazing time while visiting Kauai. Do not hesitate renting this unit! It’s a short and beautiful walk to the beach one direction or towards the Grand Hyatt the other way on the coastal trail. The unit is spacious, clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Mahalo and aloha!!

Nice, quiet spot to explore Kaua'i

Beautiful area and great place from which to see the South or travel West. Was a short maybe 20-30 min from the airport. My partner and I only stayed here for 2 days before heading up North for a longer stay, so did not have much time to take advantage of all the included amenities. Very well stocked and huge kitchen, complimentary cookies. Walk-in closet with a dresser for your things, plus looked to include some beach gear. Included parking pass and pool key. Comfortable bed. Laundry. Two showers. Only things to maybe note if you are planning on coming here are that it does not have AC, just fans (which worked fine for us), and the cleaning lady may come a few minutes before check-out so make sure you're pretty ready. And a general note about the island- when people say it "has no nightlife" they really mean "stores close before 5 and restaurants and bars by 7 or 9"
