L'appartement Bellariva se trouve au rez-de-chaussée d'un bel appartement dans le centre-ville de Florence. Il est situé dans la partie sud du centre-ville de Florence, à 100 mètres de la "Lungarno" (la belle rue le long du fleuve Arno). Le centre historique de la ville est à 1 km et demi de l'appartement: vous pouvez rejoindre le centre-ville historique de Florence vélo le long de la rivière Arno dans les 5 minutes (dans l'appartement il ya 4 vélos pour nos clients), à pied (10 minutes à pied) , ou en bus (arrêt de bus se trouve à 100 mètres de l'appartement). Si vous arrivez en voiture, vous aurez une rue parking privé hors de votre voiture fermée par un portail électrique. L'appartement est charmant et élégant. Les 3 chambres sont très confortables et beaucoup d'attention aux détails ont été payés. L'appartement dispose de 3 chambres doubles, une salle de séjour avec lecteur DVD et d'une télévision à écran LCD, une cuisine entièrement équipée indépendante, deux salles de bains entièrement. L'un des trois chambre double est très grand et nous pouvons facilement ajouter un lit simple. Tous les trois chambres sont climatisées et il ya un accès Internet ADSL WiFi dans toutes les chambres.

Lovely place and all the amenities you need close by. If you enjoy walking this would be ideal as it is a 40 walk into the center of Florence.

Great stay

This place was wonderful very clean, spacious. If you want to be closer to Florence I would suggest staying closer it was a walk but found a wonderful place for breakfast on the way. The beds were very hard in case this will bother you but we were so tired at the end of the day it didn’t bother us. Parking is a plus and owner was very kind. If we visit again and don’t mind the walk we will stay here again there is also no dryer should you want one

Great property

Everything was perfect at the property - comfortable rooms and a large living room with a nice kitchen and patio out back. It's about a 25 minute bus trip to the downtown locations. Figuring out the buses in Florence was a little challenging for a Canadian unfamiliar with Florence, but the property itself was in a very nice neighbourhood - a short walk to a couple of small restaurants and a grocery store.

Great place in Florence

I would highly recommend this apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood with access to a grocery store, bus stop and cafe. The apartment is big, we cooked a few times for seven people, and is great for hanging out.

We stayed in Florence for 6 nights our stay was very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and close to grocery store and bus stop. We checked in late around 11 pm and the check in process was very easy. The train station is about 20 min walk, not hard at all. From here we visited Venice, Pisa and Cinque Terre by taking the train. Our overall stay was pleasant and would use again if needed. Thank you !

Nice appartment, short way to the city centre

We (6 people) stayed in the appartment in august 2023. The appartment has 3 full-size bedrooms with quite comfortable beds. Apartment was clean and nice at check-in. Check-in was smooth with keys in key-box. Appartment is situated 20-30 minutes walk from the historical centre so location is spot-on to explore the city. There are restaurants, caffes, gelateria, grocery shops - all in walk distance. There is also a private parking place which is quite useful as there is no free parking in Firenze. I would definetely reccomend the property!

Excellent apartment, close to everything in Florence

The apartment is well located close to the river, within walking distance of the city centre. Catching the bus is very easy and quick if walking is not your preference. The check-in process was seamless and the offstreet parking a huge bonus. There are excellent grocery stores close by making it easy to prepare your own meals. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment. The only minor point is that the mattresses in the third bedroom were particularly hard. This was really the only minor consideration in what is overall a fantastic and highly recommended apartment.

Great location to truly experience Firenze

The first floor apartment was perfect for our elderly parents traveling with us. The hosts were most personable and easy to connect with using What's App for the seamless check in procedure to to general inquires with had during our stay. The beds were comfy and rooms spacious. The terrace was welcoming to enjoy the cooler mornings and evenings during our stay in the August heat. The kitchen and dining areas were equipped with all basic amenities - we even got to enjoy a "home cooked Italian dinner" one evening. The location was perfect to use local transit (Bus 14 rocks!) one does not need a car to experience Firenze and all the local sights. Easy access to two Trenitalia train stations to coordinate our days to explore the surrounding areas, such as Pisa. Overall. this property was beyond exceptional. Would highly recommend this apartment especially for larger families or groups of friends. Grazie mille to our phenomenal hosts! :)

Review of Bellariva Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Alessandro responded quickly to all emails, and Enrico was very attentive while we were in Italy. The apartment is clean w/plenty of room. We recommend the gelateria, Sangelato located around the corner at via Minghetti 17R. The gelato was amazing & the two proprietors were great neighbors that provided lots of assistance w/local tips and recommendations. We also recommend the Enoteca (wine store) around the corner on Via Aretina; very good wine & beer at reasonable prices. You can buy your bus tickets at the little coffee shop around the corner on Via Giovanni Lanza, and the 14 bus that takes you to the city stops right in front. Two of the bicycles are good to ride, the other two bikes need some attention. Wifi was excellent and reliable. The only negative to the apartment was the street noise that could get loud at 5 am as business traffic started, but not a problem if windows are shut.

Pas beaucoup d'instruction pour l'arrivée, un des "hôtes" est arrivé une heure après notre arrivée et ne nous a pas donné beaucoup d'explication, car il semblait pressé.Nous avions des attentes sur le parking, les bus etc ... Mais c'est par nous-mêmes que nous avons trouvé les réponses qui nous ont pris n"anmoins beaucoup de temps. Par ailleurs, nous avons signalé à cette personne que la cuvette des WC était cassée, et nous avons également constaté qu'une des portes de douches ne pouvait pas se fermer, l'éclairage du salon était également d'efficient ainsi que l'éclairage de la plaque de gaz. Salon non climatisé, le patio inhabitable. Seules les chambres étaient convenables. Personne pour notre départ et faire un état des lieux. D'une manière générale, nous sommes moyennement satisfaits d'autant moins que le prix était plutôt élevé. Personne n'est venue pendant le séjour réparer la cuvette WC par exemple !!!!

wonderful apartment

The apartment is spacious and well appointed. The self check in was very smooth. The location worked well for us as it was more of a neighborhood than a tourist area. the only consideration would be that we did hear the neighbors (above and to the side) and the street traffic.

Bellissimo appartamento con posto auto

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, luminoso e arredato con gusto e accuratezza dei dettagli. Abbiamo trovato le camere molto confortevoli e silenziose. La casa era pulita e la cucina ben organizzata e dotata di una corte esterna. Molto utile il posto auto privato in quanto il centro città è comodamente raggiungibile con l’autobus che ferma a pochi metri dal palazzo o volendo anche a piedi, facendo una piacevole passeggiata di circa 20/25 minuti lungo l’Arno. Il quartiere è ben fornito di bar e negozi e un’ottima gelateria a qualche decina di metri! Il ragazzo al check in è stato disponibile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. È sicuramente un appartamento da consigliare anche per una famiglia più numerosa della nostra perché è decisamente spazioso.

SOGGIORNO FANTASTICO

Siamo un gruppo di 7 amici, abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 30 dicembre 2021 al 2 gennaio 2022. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo e ben fornito di ogni bene di prima necessità. Inoltre, tutti gli ambienti erano ben riscaldati grazie alla presenza di termosifoni in ogni stanza. La posizione è a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Firenze, questa forse unica pecca del soggiorno! Abbiamo però rimediato facilmente: di fronte all'appartamento, infatti, c'è la fermata dell'autobus; in alternativa si può pensare di utilizzare le biciclette elettriche fornite dalla città di Firenze per poter raggiungere il centro in meno di 10 minuti. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo appartamento, ne vale la pena.

Clean, lots of space and close to amenities

Large well stocked apartment. Very clean. Comfortable beds in 3 large bedrooms. Great for 3 couples. Nice patio with patio furniture.. Would definitely stay here on a return trip to Florence.. this apartment and the owners get my 5 star plus rating.
