Maison modèle récent, confortablement meublée, TV grand écran, Bluray, terrasse avant ensoleillée, terrasse arrière ombragée, sentiers pédestres. Certains animaux bien élevés peuvent être les bienvenus pour 10 $ par animal chaque nuit. L'enregistrement et le départ peuvent être flexibles. 2 nuits minimum. remises hebdomadaires et mensuelles. Également des réductions supplémentaires pour les animaux domestiques.

Visitez le Aiken Equine Rescue à proximité. Pêchez, bateau ou promenez-vous dans deux étangs publics locaux, Anderson & Boyd Park. Magasinez dans le «centre commercial» antique sur le chemin d'Augusta.

Beaucoup de golf local et de courts de tennis publics en terre battue. Prenez le petit déjeuner sur la piste dans le quartier historique des chevaux et assistez à des entraînements de pur-sang tôt le matin (Palace Malice vainqueur de la partie Belmont de la Triple Crown). Beaucoup de boutiques et d'antiquaires au centre-ville. Marchez déjeuner dans le parc Hitchcock Woods de plus de 2000 acres, suivi d'un dîner au célèbre hôtel Wilcox ou dans un certain nombre d'autres endroits formidables d'Aiken.

A quiet, lovely spot, with charming farm life.

My husband and I were in the area to go to the Masters. We found this fabulous spot, that is just to our liking. Pandora was easy to communicate with and hospitable. We met her horses, cats and woke to the donkey’s hehaw in the am. The house was perfect for us, clean and comfy.We would stay here again!

Perfect location to Augusta

Pad was there when we arrived. She was friendly with lots of information. The accommodations were perfect for 4 people. She even left us a bottle of wine that was delicious. The horse in the friars was a bonus. Highly recommend!!

Nice place in the country

This is a nice little place out in the country but still within 10 min of Aiken. The house was very clean and met our needs for the 3 nights that we stayed there. There are several rescue ponies on the property and are great fun to watch or pet. We liked the fact that there are no other homes within site and it’s very peaceful there. My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillows.

The property was beautiful and better than advertised. Our trip was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. The proprietor worked with us during our situation. We intend to return for another visit.

The house was beautiful. The environment was peaceful. Disappointed the Wi-Fi and washer were out. Pan communicated well about location. Amenities inside were good. Kitchen and bedrooms fine. Showers great.

Hi, sorry , i thought it was clear on the listing that WIFI is in "sleep mode" during the off season (summer/fall) due to low bookings. but now i will make it available for an extra fee for those in need. unfortunately there is nothing i can do about an appliance repair if guests are back to back. the warranty service is just not that quick, and i do not want to disturb a guest during their stay with a repair person. thanks for your input :)

A great house and location

We had a month long stay at this house after we moved to Aiken and were waiting to move into a purchased house. It was me and my husband, our 5month old, and our 3 cats. The space was really great for us, plenty of room for the cats, a full kitchen setup so we could cook, and two nice bathrooms. We also loved the location, it’s back off the road and very quiet and peaceful but still extremely close to all the fun things in Aiken. The host was very helpful with things and responsive. It was a relief to find somewhere big enough that also allowed cats so I’m really thankful we found this place and it was available! I will be recommending it to any family who visits us and won’t fit in our new house.

Good but…

Remote quiet location, but easy access to downtown & area. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved our time in Aiken. Host was friendly & responsive. She was running a little late with check-in availability because she was still cleaning at 4:00pm. Downstairs shower is very small. The downstairs bed needs to be replaced & all the carpets need a deep clean due to cat/dog hairs and stains. When we checked out, I suggested both opinions. She was appreciative of the feedback & said she needed to replace the carpets. Later in the day, she told me that she’d ordered a new mattress that would be delivered that day.

not sure why my original response didn’t post, so here it is again. Apologies i could not honor an early checkin as Masters’ week guests schedule is tight. And the 20+ minute entry delay was due to extra cleaning from previous dog guests. Though it needed more. I opted not to shampoo the rugs before your arrival as they never would’ve been dry in time. But everything was swept / mopped / vacuumed. As it was the deep shampoo cleaning took days to fully dry. Had you told me the next day that the mattress was too soft, i could’ve replaced it immediately. i did so the same day you told me upon exit. I ask all guests to let me know if there are any problems as they occur so that i can respond accordingly. To clarify the listing, I added a picture and edited to show the 2nd bedroom shower is small. Thanks for your suggestions !

Poor impression of south carolina lifestyle.

Could not stay after finding a 2 inch long coc roach climbing up the bathroom wall at 3:30 in the morning on the first night. Had to go to motel for the rest of our stay in the area, I did take a picture and share with the owner and my reason for not staying. I did ask for some if my money back but she refused

a weak excuse to break booking. surprise 6hr early arrival, guest announced “just bought a house” ie don’t need reservation to house hunt. because of a long out of state drive, they retired early, apparently planning to leave early, as beds weren’t even slept in. up 4:30am, saw palmetto bug, walked dogs, showered, coffee & left 5am. even tho i live on the property, he did not contact me till later in day, claiming he & elderly handicapped mother walked walmart till replacement reservation 3pm. the house is spotless, with a regular pest plan. i have never had a complaint. bug must’ve flown in while door open all day airing bleach covid cleaning. xmas week & winter height of rental season i am always booked, therefore advance notice to cancel is required. it seems they had no intention to fulfill obligation, as they returned home earlier & did not stay in the area. still, i did give a partial refund. ps found the bug dead. pest plan does work here in south carolina, the palmetto state.

Quiet place to rest

My husband and I stayed for two nights to take a break from traveling. The house was great: very comfortable beds and living area, every kitchen gadget and spice you can imagine, plenty of linens, including some specifically for our pups, etc. Pan, the owner, is an energetic, friendly and informative host! It was such a treat to meet and chat with her. The grounds are quiet and spacious, with woods to the back and two beautiful, friendly horses to the front. Our dogs loved the break and being able to run and play. Would highly recommend the home and the host to anyone!

Perfect venue for our short visit

My sister and I drove to Aiken from NC to visit a couple of cousins and some friends who live there. I wanted to take my two pups along (they *love* road trips) and I saw that Pan's place was dog-friendly. My sister and I had a great visit with our cousins and friends. Pan lives right there, so met us when we pulled up, and gave us a detailed run-through of where everything was, what might not work quite right (her last tenants were apparently somewhat destructive), etc. The house was totally clean and well-equipped (although the wifi could have been more robust). Most importantly, my dogs had the best trip of their lives. I was a little concerned that there was no fence, but the property is sufficiently rural that we could let them run loose with few concerns. The big plus was Pan's horses. Our one dog in particular didn't quite know what to make of them, but within minutes made great friends with them, wandering all over the paddock. And it was *great* for my suburban dogs to have a chance to run loose!!

Woods Retreat

Very pleasant stay... Quiet, comfortable and quick access to Augusta. If you want to stay in to cook, the kitchen has everything you will need. Owner was delightful to work with!! Definitely will go back.

Masters father/ son weekend

House was perfect and plenty of room for me and my 9 year old son. Aiken was a very nice surprise only 20 minutes outside of Augusta. Lots of good restaurants but away from all the craziness of Augusta. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was also very helpful!

Cute, clean and well stocked with all items needed for an enjoyable stay.

Country charm. We affectionately referred to this house as "The Little Yellow House". We stayed here for 1 month while our home was being repaired. Pan is a great host and very accommodating. The horses were an added bonus. Very beautiful animals. I would definitely recommend this home for any duration needed.

Peaceful, Quiet, just a fun place

We stayed at Pan's place while attending The Master's golf tournament. It could not have worked out better. Coming from Houston, TX this place was really a breath of fresh air. The owner went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant.

I loved staying at Pan's place. A beautiful place, really in the country. Peace and quiet, beautiful sunset views, Horses, an awesome Cottage! What more could you want. I will definitely be staying here again, the next time I travel to Aiken!

A Lovely Place

We stayed in this house for 3 nights-- it was super-clean, cute, in a quiet place, and close to downtown Aiken. I was glad to find a laundry room, and a kitchen with all the tools needed for cooking. The two old horses were great company, and the hostess was gracious and helpful, and full of energy! A great place to stay for a visit to Aiken, or for a quiet retreat. We had a great time. Great Peaceful Getaway!

This cottage was lovely and very private. The kitchen is very spacious if you like to stay in and cook. Fully equipped! You only need to bring the food! Will definitely book again! Thank you Pan! Amy

Quiet, relaxing setting!

My daughter and her lab and I stayed at Pan's wonderful cottage. It's a quiet setting with 2 horses nearby. You feel like you're lost in the woods but actually quite close to both Aiken and Augusta. We got lost in the peacefulness. Pan was close by and very attentive to our needs. She had the cupboards and the frig stocked, welcoming us with a bottle of wine and an assortment of beers cold in the frig. We had experienced a long drive, so the relaxing environment was much welcomed! The house was small but still quite spacious...a good size kitchen and eat in area, plenty of room! Thanks, Pan, for a great place to catch a breath of fresh air!
