Very comfortable home! Yard was great for dogs and the location is only about a mile from downtown Aiken. Host was very responsive and check in super easy. Highly recommend!
Really cute and convenient home. The host made both human and pets feel right at home. Highly recommended especially if showing at Bruce's Field and you want to bring your pets with you. I would stay there again
Came to visit my daughter. Her and her dog stayed with me and it fit our needs perfectly. Exactly as described. Hosts very responsive and provided lots of good info.
Everything you are looking for in a cottage. Quiet and peaceful. Liked sitting on the side porch and having a beverage and listening to the birds singing.
We had a great time at the Blue Door Cottage. Location was excellent, neighborhood was quiet. The cottage was cozy and tastefully decorated, with the hosts having provided anything you need. And our pup loved playing in the fenced backyard. A++. We'll be back!
Came to Aiken for a few reasons-
1)check out the "Hallmark" Christmas town
2)Holiday getaway gift to each other
3)visit family who've recently moved there
4)do recon on area for friends looking to acquire horse property & maybe a close getaway for ourselves.
House was perfect for us & 2 dogs đ¶đ¶ Good size, everything we needed like fenced in yard & a great place to do our walks down beautiful Colleton Ave towards town.(45 min to the Aiken library & back) We were able to go downtown, & 15-20 min or so out to the horse country where my cousin now lives. Easy access to 2 Walmarts & all fast food plus the Metro diner that we hit for a quick casual meal a few times. Not to mention the beauteous historic Willcox less than 2mi where we had our "nice" dinnerđ Can't wait to go back & explore again in the Spring!!
