SPI Rental team is the greatest

We loved this house and the service from SPI Rentals was excellent. The one problem I had was that the doors were really hard to open, specifically the front door. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Relaxing and awesome. The SPI Rental team is the greatest, that is why I always choose to rent through them.

The beach house was just as described. Super clean and spacious. It looked like it had recent renovations done to it which made it seem like a newly built place. We will definitely come back!!!!

Perfect place for a family

This was a great place to stay for anyone wanting to stay with family! The pool was nice and it was less than 2 minute walk to the beach!

Overall, it was a good stay, house was decently clean, plenty of space! Beach was a couple minute walk and with easy access. Would definitely recommend for family gatherings and vacations!

Family Vacation in SPI

The heated pool, hot tub and home were perfect for us! The rental was an easy process and great to work with. The house was clean and roomy!

The house was lovely. I do recommend cleaning or throwing iron in master bedroom. It was staining clothes with orange stains. I would also recommend putting trash bags in the kitchen. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Very beautiful home!

The house was huge and very lovely, had everything i needed in the kitchen which was awesome. The only thing was the master suite restroom sink was clogged. Other than that overall stay was great! Will be staying here again!

Perfect for Large Family

We enjoyed our time at the house on Georgia Ruth We didn’t quite realize the downstairs room was detached from the rest of the house, and off of the garage - but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. The space was perfect for our party of 10 (all adults). Access to the beach was super easy and quick.

Amazing Home

Great service and communication and beautiful spacious home . Only downside was the see through blinds in the leaving room area and missing blinds on the sliding door , better blinds would help with better privacy. Besides that everything was perfect and clean ! Greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub area !
