A quelques pas du centre de Puerto del Carmen, Hearth loin de la maison BREIA est parfaitement situé pour profiter de vacances reposantes à la plage avec tout le confort d'une zone touristique animée. La villa est décorée dans des couleurs vives et chaleureuses et se compose d'un salon spacieux, d'une cuisine bien équipée, de 3 chambres et de 2 salles de bains, ce qui la rend idéale pour 6 personnes. Les services supplémentaires incluent le Wi-Fi, la climatisation gratuite en été et la location pour le reste de l'année, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, une télévision, ainsi qu'un lit bébé, un lit pour enfant et une chaise haute pour les petits hôtes. Le point culminant de l'hébergement est l'espace extérieur varié, qui comprend deux terrasses (une couverte) pour les repas en plein air, un beau jardin avec un barbecue, ainsi qu'une piscine chauffée de 21 m² avec chaises longues, où les clients peuvent Profitez de la vue panoramique sur l'océan et le paysage d'horizon. The villa was good for family visit with plenty space and 3 TVs , it is in a quiet spot away from the busy strip so peaceful nights and good sleep. we would recommend.

Amazing spacious Villa

Villa Breia has everything you need. Brilliant swimming pool, great location 10 min walk to old and new town with loads of lovely restaurants and shops. Six of us stayed for a week but wished we had booked for longer. Maria is lovely and kindly arranged transport to airport for early Morning flight home. We would all highly recommend and hope to return/stay next year

Beautiful villa

Positives were: Villa was lovely and clean. The pool and outside area was excellent. Sheltered area for those who want a break from the sun. Negatives were: Air conditioning was very expensive 120 euros per unit per week. We decided not to use it. As stated before there are two buses parked in the area opposite the the villa and can be seen from the terrace. Same name on the side as the villa so assuming they belong to the villa owners.

Villa Breia is a stunning, spacious villa with a fantastic pool. It was super clean and we were able to check in very quickly. It is very well equipped and maintained and had everything we needed. The location is perfect only 10mins walk to the strip and beach and 20mins to the old port. The island is stunning and we loved Puerto del Carmen. We did the grand tour, including camel ride, hired bikes, walked the cliff top to Puerto Calero and got the taxi boat back. We also got the bus to Playa Blanca and had a fabulous visit to the market and the beaches there. The only issue we had was having to pay for the air conditioning despite the listing saying it would be free. I think they should put the price up and include it or the advert needs to state clearly it is an additional cost. Also there are only 3 units so the 3rd bedroom had no air conditioning or windows so it was super hot and my girls ended up sleeping on the sofa. Apart from that we had a wonderful holiday.

The villa and pool were lovely with sun loungers and different seating areas. The villa is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The beach and restaurants are all within a 15 minute walk (downhill to the town, uphill home again). There is a vacant plot at the back where a coach was parked - as it had the same logo as the villa presumably the same owner. This could be seen from the terrace, so did spoil the view but could not be seen from the swimming pool area. When booked it stated free air con but when we got there there was a hefty charge per unit. 3 for 300 euros. I had to pay 80 euros to use one for 5 nights and made the mistake of not getting in touch with Vrbo at the time as I could not then get a refund when I got home.

Dream home

We loved everything about Villa Breia and had the best holiday there. The property is spacious with all the equipment needed and more. The living accommodation is comfortable and the outdoor area offers more space and opportunity for total relaxation on the sun loungers and in the pool. Maria met us at the villa and explained everything about the villa to us. She was very friendly and helpful and was only a message away if we had any questions. The pool was cleaned regularly. Maria also went out of her way to help us greatly when we had left an item behind and we are extremely grateful to her for that. There was also a fantastic welcome pack awaiting us at the villa which was a lovely touch.Villa Breia was loved by all the family and we had the best time there. We're already considering returning next year. We had hired a car and there was parking available for this. The villa is about a ten minute walk from the main strip and is in a peaceful location so you can have the best of both worlds. I highly recommend Villa Breia for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Fabulous experience choosing this villa,francisco was a very meticulous host ,kept in touch throughout the booking,made us welcome, even met us at midnight on our arrival at villa breia. The villa is clean ,tidy ,a welcome oasis in away from the bustling crowds . Pool was cleaned every 2 days. Dont hesitate if your looking for a great place to stay .just a little off beaten track ,but once your used to your surroundings, you will relax and enjoy .

Estamos encantados y repetiremos pronto

La villa es espectacular tiene unas vistas increíbles hacia el mar y Fuerteventura, además de una tranquilidad absoluta. Es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, estamos encantados con el trato recibido, la limpieza y comodidades que tiene la villa. Lo que me llamo mucho la atención son camas, eran súper cómodas de echo logramos tener un sueño confortable. Por las noches disfrutabamos de nuestra cenas en la terraza trasera ya que nos encantaban las vistas. Sin duda alguna repetiremos al año que viene.

A Hidden Gem

From out initial booking Francisco looked after everything we needed and continued to be very attentive even contacting us when the owners wanted to change the linen. anyone looking for a villa set back from the main Avenida then look no further. In a quiet residencial area Villa Breia is a credit to the owners. This is truly a home away from home. The villa is well laid out, up to date and the owners have thought of everything. Exceptionally well kept we didn't experience anything negative at all. The owners kept in touch with us throughout our stay and even when cleaning the pool it was done usually while we were out. it's only a ten minute walk to the local supermarket and a five minute drive to the main strip. I would not hesitate in recommending this property. We would certainly stay here again.

Stunning villa - will definitely re book.

The title says it all, my family travelled there in September. 2 adults, 3 kids (15, 9 & 3) Welcome pack on arrival, and were met but the owners agent. Who explained everything we needed to know and more. The villa is stunning. Everywhere you look, absolutely top end finish throughout, really couldn't want for any more. Walking distance to everything, shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Perfectly located. We will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely Fantatstic

As soon as you walk into this villa, your breath is taken away by just how spacious it is plus the views from the living room are excellent. Very family friendly and the facilities are first class. Bedrooms are all big, with loads of space and lovely comfortable big beds. Pool area is the best i have seen for a villa before, loads of sun beds to soak up the sun plus a very comfortable area to relax in the shade. Great location too, 10 mins walk downhill to all the bars and restaurants and only a €4 taxi back up, although if your dining a little further down the varadero, taxis are very easy to organise from the villa. Will certainly be back.

Absolutely Fabulous

We booked this villa for my wife's 60th birthday, taking along our children, their partners and our grandchildren. To say we were not disappointed is an understatement. The villa far exceeded our expectations and was absolutely fabulous. We arrived quite late at night but there was no problem in gaining entry as all the instructions sent beforehand were perfectly clear. We had a hire car and parking was no problem at all. The villa itself contains all you could ever hope for. There were large bedrooms, several lounge areas, a very large kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The outside area with swimming pool, barbecue. The pool was also cleaned regularly while we were there. The welcome pack was more than adequate and actually saw us through several days of breakfasts and cups of tea. Its location is perfect. Just outside the main area to be quiet but near enough to the main part of town to be able to walk down to the supermarket for shopping or into town for the restaurants and other shops. All in all, I could not fault this villa. It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantásticas vacaciones en familia !!

Acabo de regresar de unas fantásticas vacaciones en familia en Lanzarote !! Villa Bellisima cumplía todos los requisitos para los adultos y los niños (9 y 7). Inmaculadamente limpio con un diseño excelente, realmente fue un gran descanso relajante para toda la familia. Usted no sabría que estaba a 5 minutos a pie de todos los restaurantes, tal es la tranquilidad cuando descansa en la hermosa piscina, ¡sin duda volveremos! :)
