Villa de trois chambres (plus un lit double au sous-sol et un canapé-lit) avec vue panoramique sur la mer pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, dans un excellent emplacement. Très propre et moderne. Salon avec écran plat, TV Internet, lecteur DVD, système de musique Bluetooth et Wifi. Piscine privée, jacuzzi 6 places. Salle de jeux avec table de billard, Home cinéma avec tuner AV pour connecter n'importe quel appareil ou console de jeux, lit double, canapé-lit, salle de bain avec douche. Lit double au rez-de-chaussée, W. C. avec douche.

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa is perfect for a family with plenty of space as well as lots to keep everyone busy. The pool and hot tub were clean and ideal for us. We also really liked the cinema room for a movie in the evening! Many thanks for a great holiday

Great stay

Beautiful views of the lanzarote sea from the upstaurs balcony. My kids loved the projector screen in the basement to watch movies on in the evening. Microwave broke but swiftly replaced. 5 minute walk to lidl and a few bars/resturants and a shopping complex. Fast communication. All in all a lovely holiday thank you.

Excellent Villa, excellent location!

We stayed at this villa in October 2024 and it was a fantastic holiday. The villa was everything we could have hoped for with great facilities and all the items needed to make a comfortable and homely stay. Nikki was a great help and was very friendly and accommodating. The location of this villa is perfect, so close to lovely restaurants and shops. I cannot recommend this villa enough!

Great family holiday

Thank you for letting us stay. We loved the property, the children enjoyed the pool and we loved the hot tub. We didn’t want to hire a car, so the location was perfect, we could walk to the bus stop and shopping area. Communication was great and helpful. We would certainly return.

Perfect family villa

We stayed as a family of 4 so plenty of room for everyone. Villa was very clean and facilities excellent. Great location for amenities. Nikki was super helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Christmas 2024

We had a lovely fourteen nights at this villa and the facilities are great loved the jacuzzi and the pool and not too far away from all the nightlife and restaurants. Communication between us and the owner Tina was brilliant and the housekeeper Nikki was absolutely fantastic any questions was always answered promptly. When we arrived we had a bottle of fizz and beers in the fridge which was much appreciated. Would definitely return in the future.

Great villa!

Family stay with adult children. The villa is situated in a great location: Lidl a short walk away, shopping centre (Zara, Bershka etc) nearby and a gym is easily accessible, and under 10 mins to the beach, bars & restaurants.The villa is clean, bright & airy with multiple bathrooms (good water pressure) and comfy beds. The hot tub & pool are well maintained and the bonus of sunbeds and a lovely outside eating area.Villa is very well equipped with anything you could possibly need: lots of kitchen equipment, iron/ironing board, hairdryers etc and comfortable lounge area for when the weather was a bit grey.Nikki was fabulous and on hand if required and gave us notice when a pool maintenance visit was due.I would definitely recommend Casa Del Sol and its lovely hosts - we have re booked for next year!

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our break at Tina's villa. Its in a great location near the marina and has everything you need and more! Its also not too far from the beach if you are looking to go there. Overall we loved our holiday there and cant thank Tina and Nikki enough.

Great villa with everything you need and near to everything

Really enjoyed our stay. Communication with Tina was excellent and Nikki was very helpful while we were in Lanzarote. The villa is near to many restaurants and bars and literally 3 mins walk from biosphera shopping centre.

Perfect location

Situated perfectly between the old & new town with easy access to all that PDC has to offer. Also, short stroll to the beach. However, quiet location too. A real home from home, we wanted for nothing.

Everything we needed and more!

We were very happy with the holiday accommodation. It had everything we needed, and was only a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. We especially enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub and using the pool. We were able to park behind the property. Would definitely book this villa again.

Second stay, equally as good as the first

We enjoyed our second stay at this property after a lovely visit last year. The Villa had all the facilities we needed. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the fence is really important to us for safety. The property has been well maintained since our last visit and Nikki was a great help during our stay. We're already looking at when we can return for our third visit. Thank you Tina, Nikki & Jack.

A brilliant week away

Property is spotless and in a great area for bars and restaurants. With 5 mins of 3 supermarkets which is also handy! The kitchen has all the utensils you could possibly need and enough cutlery for the family. The housekeeping team got the property ready super early for us on check in day which was a nice touch. There was a local issue with the water but this is an island wide problem and not something that can be helped, although, this soon sorted itself. The pool area is fantastic and is in the sun all day. There is enough shade under the covered table area which is great for those who like a break from the heat. We loved our stay and will definitely consider Casa Del Sol again!

We and have enjoyed many holidays at the villa while the children have grown up and our lovely housekeeper Nikki always keeps the villa lovely and fresh for everyone.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Villa is a perfect location as its private in a residential area with off road parking.It has a panoramic sea view and is a 10 minute walk to the beach,shops and restaurants. The Old Town is a few minutes walk away with lovely fish restaurants, tapas bars and boat trips leaving the harbour to various parts of the island.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Villa has easy and quick access to the beach,shops and restaurants.
It feels very private and homely with all mod cons,including flat screen TV,DVD,Music System and Wi Fi. Fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms,basement which also sleeps up to four,two bathrooms and separate WC.
Al fresco dining and barbecue on the terrace. The basement has a pool table a cinema projector which is great for chilling out and gives the children lots of enjoyment.There is a large selection of films and books to enjoy.
We have a small private pool with separate jacuzzi with a beautiful sea view.
Private balcony upstairs off the master bedroom great for escaping with a good book or watching the sun go down with cocktails.
