Charming country house on the hills north of Lucca with stunning view

This beautiful1700 ancient farmhouse, converted in 2020 into a charming country villa, is really an unique way to experience an unforgettable vacation in Tuscany.
It is located at walking distance from a medieval hamlet, on the hillside 10 Kms north of Lucca, in a green and panoramic area. The covered Patio, the magic pool and all the terraced garden allow our guests to enjoy the immaculate landscape while completely relaxing. Not last a perfect retreat to use as a base to Tuscany, still enjoying the life of a true Tuscan mansion

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor opens onto a huge living room with fireplace, tv, sofas, with table and chairs. From the living room there is access to four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), all equipped with modern facilities.

CENTRAL FLOOR
From a covered patio, ideal for 'al fresco' lunch and dinner, there is access to a salon with sofas, tv, fireplace and to the dining room. A door opens into the typical Tuscan and full equipped kitchen. There is a guest bathroom in this floor

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a bathroom en-suite

OUTSIDE
Great views on the sloping hills, the ancient churches and the amazing village nearby makes the outside area and the great garden a very special and relaxing place for an holiday. In different corners of the garden there are deckchairs to enjoy the peace and beauty of this magic place.

A wonderful infinity swimming pool, with gazebo and sofas, is located in an upper position and dominates the entire property and the valley below. There is a dressing room and bathroom close to the pool.

Just out of the door there are some wonderful walks and opportunities for tours and trekking through the old medioeval narrow stone-paved streets of the village, really experiencing the true flavour of a tiny X century Tuscan hamlet.
