Appartement rénové en première ligne de plage Levante, Benidorm, avec accès direct à la plage depuis le bâtiment. Il dispose de 2 chambres et peut accueillir 4 personnes.

Logement de 70 m² meublé avec goût et très lumineux, il possède une grande terrasse ouverte avec des vues panoramiques sur la mer, la baie et la ville.



Dispose d'un ascenseur, accès à internet haut débit par fibre (wifi), climatisation dans tout le logement, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, piscine communautaire+enfantine ouverte de saison (01/05-31/10), parking en plein air et couvert dans le même bâtiment sous réserve de disponibilité à l'arrivée, 3 Téléviseurs (Smart TV), fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux.

La cuisine américaine à induction avec péninsule, est équipée de réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-linge, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle/couverts, ustensiles/cuisine, cafetière Dolce Gusto, grille-pain, bouilloire et presse-agrumes.



- La remise des clés et le check-in se font dans notre bureau situé avenue de la Méditerranée 62, nom commercial BenidormBooking, juste en face du Casino.

I love staying at Veracruz because of the space and the location.

The space, the view, the open plan, fixtures & fitting. Having 2 bedrooms is great as we are a couple who travel with father-in-law We have stayed many times before but this time the headboard in front bedroom was heavily stained with tea/coffee coloured stains. Also, the lower shower part was very loose at the wall.

Good location with a lovely view. All amenities needed are nearby. Beach was lovely.

The view and location was fantastic. The Sun Umbrella's left in the apartment was a nice touch and we made use of them when visiting the beach No sun loungers round by the pool.

Over looking the beach, all the facilities needed for a great holiday. Very clean, good having TV's in all rooms once relaxing from days out. Love this apartment so much 3rd stay in 2 years. Sofas not comfortable, sinks in bathroom awkward to wash in with taps intrusive, just a observation compared to a wonderful apartment.

Property has a fantastic location overlooking levante beach and next to a great supermarket From When I attended last year the apartment needed some attention. The ceiling over the shower area is cracked with lumps of plaster missing and falling down whilst in the shower. The hand held shower attachment was falling off the wall. The bathroom had no shower mat so I had to use the towels allocated as a shower mat which mad them filthy. The floor was dirty when we got there. There is no cosmetic bin in bathroom so every time I would use makeup remover padsother cosmetic items I had to keep walking to kitchen to put in main bin. The cupboard door to washing machine was hanging off and needs attention. The freezer was so iced over you couldn&amprsquot shut the freezer door. There wasn&amprsquot a hint of a tea towel to dry kitchen utensils after washing up. There was a cooker hood with lighting over the hob which didn&amprsquot work and if you did use the hob the cooker hood is so low down that you hit your head on it.

Brilliant view of Levante beach from apartment.

The view is brilliant right on Levante beach & facilities, great to have Veracruz supermarket for supplies. We have stayed here several times over the last 7 years, smart TV&#39s in all rooms, clean comfortable and sunny, brilliant to walk to eateries & bars. Benidorm booking are really helpful if a problem arises and it&#39s easy to pick up keys and they also leave a complementary wine, water, coffee, milk etc to get your holiday started, really nice touch. A comment is the headboard on queen size bed needs attention ie a good clean but we still had a great stay for a luxury stay, I think toilet paper left should be a better quality and ceiling in bathroom needs attention.

Clean, spacious, had a washing machine but obviously the view There was no plug for kitchen sink. Would be useful and safer to have a shower mat as my father-in-law is 85 and we had to use a couple of the smaller towels provided as mats outside the shower to prevent him slipping.

Location was perfect. Room clean and spacious. Ideal that it had a washing machine. Had never used an induction hob before and we couldn’t find instructions explaining how to. Would have been helpful to have had a shower mat as it was quite slippy getting out of shower.

The sea views are excellent, with bars restaurants and shops a stones throw away. Beds comfy, beautiful contemporary, clean apartment. The Benidorm booking staff very helpful and quick to respond should you need anything and they left wine, coffee, chocolate etc on arrival. We had a wonderful holiday. Bathroom sinks taps sticking out too long, hard to wash in basins. Could of done with change of towels/sheets after a week being there 10 nights. Other than that we love the apartment being our 4th stay there in 2 years.

Lovely apartment great position

The property was lovely, really clean, modern furniture and interior. It had pretty much everything you needed to cook at the property instead of going out. I am disabled and although the apartment was fine and nice and big the sofa was actually very low and it was pretty impossible to be able to get off it so had to sit either on balconyat the dining table. Although there is a ramp at the back of the building it’s not accessible from there to get to the lift without using steps. access only for wheelchairmobility equipment through the front door.

lovely modern apartment in prime location for all your needs

modern, spacious and every little detail was thought about. plenty of pots and pans - a real home from home. The location was superb wish the TVs had English channels and air conditioning was a bit hit and miss could only get one to work and if turned off difficult to get it back on. it was trial and error in which one was going to work. on another negative side. I had a late flight home and we had to vacate at 11am. there was no facility offered to look after suitcases and we weren’t allowed to relax. by the pool with our suitcases once the keys were handed in at 11am. so we were homeless and having to drag suitcase and be dressed for airport around Benidorm until taxi picked us up at 8pm
