Il est temps de profiter de plages spectaculaires, d'une douce brise océanique et de magnifiques couchers de soleil dans l'un des endroits les plus pittoresques du monde. Situé à seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Kahului au cœur du magnifique sud de Maui; Kihei Kai Nani deviendra votre maison loin de chez vous.
Le condo est à quelques pas de l'une des plus belles plages de Maui, Kamaole II. La plage est calme, propre et dispose d'un maître nageur.

Mon unité est entièrement meublée avec un décor tropical qui offre une ambiance hawaïenne. Il est entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour faire de votre Maui parfait votre escapade. Cela comprend un salon spacieux avec télévision par câble, coin repas complet, canapé-lit queen et une véranda privée en plein air, avec vue sur l'océan. Chaises de plage, serviettes et autres jouets de plage, également inclus.

Les autres équipements comprennent une grande piscine d'eau douce, des installations pour barbecue, un terrain de jeu de palets, une laverie, un parking gratuit, une connexion Internet gratuite, une sécurité de nuit. Commerces et merveilleux restaurants à distance de marche. This was property was as described. Condo was well equipped and the location was awesome! We love Kihei and this was an affordable stay in a great location with everything you need on hand. Easy check in and check out.

Kihei Kai Nani stay

As always, our stay was wonderful at the Kai Nani. Great location, great beach, great condo, nice view from the lanai, close to restaurants, Foodland, shops, live music at Nalu’s and Tiki Lounge, weekly Bingo at Moose’s. We love it every time we come. Mahalo!

The property was exactly as advertised. Great beach views from the lanai, steps to the beach, beach equipment all provided. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

Good location. Nice pool

Checking in and put was a breeze. The room was cute and well stocked. Only complaints are there wasn’t a lot of storage in the closet and there was some noise from the stores nearby. We loved our stay and are glad we found this vrbo. There are some great food options that you can walk to as well.

Close to Beach and clean!

A very nice condo and close proximity to the beach. Air conditioning in the bedroom, which was great. It did get quite warm in the main living area as there is no air conditioning there, but we found if we opened all the windows, it helped somewhat.

Well kept older condo on one of the best beaches!

Nice location right across st from beach, responsive host. This unit's bedroom faces a strip mall so a bit noisy with deliveries and trash pick up in the morning. Had everything we needed to cook and had beach chairs too. Basic accommodations, thoughtful host, great value. Best sunset beach right across the street. Highly recommend!

Location

We had a wonderful vacation @ this property. Close proximity to beautiful beaches, reasonable restaurants, excursion bookings, the sunset wall. We loved sitting on the lanai in the extremely comfortable rocking wicker chairs, we would joke to guests that stopped to visit, we really do leave haha. Was just so relaxing, tucked in from any winds or sun, with the most amazing views. The condo stayed cool with the cross breeze, no need for air. Loved walking down to the mango tree on the property daily. We really enjoyed our 3 weeks of a relaxing fun most beautiful vacation. Thanks for having us.

A very comfortable home

I really liked the feel of this place. It was comfortable, clean and it felt like home. I loved the way the breeze went through the whole place when you open the windows on both ends. The location is centrally located in Kihei which makes it a great hub. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the BBQ grills closest to our condo didn't work well and the Internet was spotty during our stay but they were working on it. We did 75% of our meals there and we had everything we needed except a drink pitcher. We would definitely rent there again!

Close to the beach and convenient stores and restaurants

This property is right across the street from the beach, which is very convenient. It's also steps away from shops and restaurants. The place is a little dated, but that's to be expected. And not everything works as expected (TV and A/C remotes, for example). Being in one of the closest units to the street (and parking lot for a strip mall), it can be a little noisy. But if these things don't bother you, you should enjoy your stay.

Family fun

Our family of four enjoyed our relaxing stay in Hawaii. The condo had enough room for us and our two children aged 13 and 10. We all enjoyed the large clean pool. The beach across the road (Kamaole 2 is visible from the patio) was beautiful and depending on the day we could either snorkel (seeing many different fish and even a turtle one day) or body surf. The margaritas next door at Fred’s were a delight and there were many shops to satisfy the teenager within walking distance. The condo was fully stocked (spices, blender, pool noodles and more). One of my favourite things about the condo was the patio where I could watch the whales breach and enjoy my morning coffee or a beer (depending on the time of day). We truly enjoyed our two weeks in paradise.

START YOUR DAYS AT 3am.!

Decent condo. Dated. Carpets in living room and bedroom need to be removed and non-carpet floor covering used instead (carpeting is such a germ magnet). Teflon cook ware is below thrift store condition. The location is as described. Beautiful view!! THE NOISE FROM THE STRIP MALL NEXT TO THE BEDROOM SIDE IS HORRIBLE. The alley that the trash truck uses is right outside the bedroom window. Trash pickup is between 3am and 4am. Then around 6am the Subway restaurant gets its delivery with lots of banging and loud truck noise. Had a few issues that required owner response. The responses took too long IMO. The view, however, is great.😂

It was good.

Great location! The lanai was a great spot to begin a typical Hawaiian morning. If it is possible it would be a nice addition to have an AC in the living area. The last two times we visited the islands were in the Fall so the warmth was bearable in those months. I blame it on the time of the year :) I can imagine when the tradewinds are present it helps cool down the living room/kitchen area. Like others before us the slow draining shower was constant but at least it drained :) I say it's best for 2-3 occupants. We can't wait for the next island visit!

Great holiday, good digs and accommodating hostess

We have stayed in many different units in KKN and this unit was as good or better than the rest. The real bonus was the morning and evening view of Kamaole 2. We were expecting problems with the bathroom plumbing because of previous reviews but we're thrilled with the new bathroom renovations. The Decor was very nicely done, very welcoming and plumbing worked great. No complaints, only praise. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the unit backs up to the Rainbow strip mall that has traffic at the Subway and Ice Cream parlour in the evening and food truck delivery early in the morning. We do not use air conditioning which may have blocked some of the noise.

Excellent vacation location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was right across from the beach and had a nice view of the ocean. Check in was easy and the owners were easy to communicate with. We loved having all the beach amenities: multiple beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, coolers etc. The condo was well stocked with spices for cooking and anything you might need. The bed was comfortable. My kids said the sleeper sofa wasn’t super comfortable, but what sleeper sofa is. The AC and fans kept the unit comfortable. It was nice to have wifi and cable as well. It was a great price for the location and amenities! I marked it down 1 star on cleanliness because the shower didn’t appear to be clean and had remnants of previous guests. But the remainder of the condo was very clean. Overall great stay and we would enjoy staying here again!

I just purchased this condo from my Mom. She owned the condo for 16 years, and when she told me that she needed to sell it, I jumped on the opportunity to purchase the condo. We just could not let this gem go out of the family. I live in Colorado with my husband, six children and four grandchildren. We love all that Colorado has to offer, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, rafting, biking and hiking, but Maui is our favorite getaway to the beach!
