Tout neuf (février 2019) Gênes, à quelques pas des sites prestigieux, Via Garibaldi, du Waterfront & Aquarium et de la gare Piazza Principe.
Le bâtiment est situé dans un bâtiment du 15ème siècle qui a conservé ses caractéristiques d'origine.
C'est un restaurant avec un cadre très calme et des intérieurs confortables dans une rue piétonne.

Appartement spacieux pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.
Deux chambres avec lits queen et un canapé-lit dans le salon.
Wifi gratuit est gratuit.
Toute la maison est climatisée et le système de chauffage est excellent, utilisant à la fois des convecteurs d'air et des éléments de chauffage traditionnels.
Nouvelle machine à café Nespresso disponible pour nos clients.

Amazing find

This apartment was brilliant for our stay in Genoa. It was exceptionally clean, and a good size for two friends to share and to have our own bedroom. Daniel’s grandfather met us on arrival and was so sweet nothing was too much trouble for him. He even came and removed all our rubbish for us half way through the week. The apartment is in the old part of the town and very central to everything and the underground is only around the corner. If we ever visit Genoa again we will definitely stay here.

Exploring Genoa

We stayed 3 nights in this perfect apartment. Communication was very clear and we were greeted personally and given excellent ideas and a map to explore the area. A thoughtful touch were the drinks and sweets in waiting for us which were much appreciated after our long flight. The apartment has a lot of space especially the closet area. The windows look out onto a Piazza which had a live music concert one evening. The location is excellent for restaurants, shops, main sites, and public transportation. The AC was a welcomed retreat after the hot days of siteseeing. Grazie Mille to our hosts! We had a fantastic stay at this charming home in Genova.

Brand New Unit with all amenities

I can say without any doubt that the days spent in this house were (along with those in a beautiful villa in Rapallo) the highlight of our Italian trip. The house is brand new and fully equipped, we felt right at home with all we needed for our holiday. Host is really nice and helpful, gave us some great advice for eating out in local style at a budget!! Definitely recommend it.

Wonderful New House in Old Town

We really appreciated being among the first guests in this property. It is conveniently located in the heart of the old town and easy for us to reach on foot from train station. You could see all was brand new in the house and the Nespresso machine greatly appreciated as well as new bedding so comfortable! Owner very helpful let us check in outside usual window, grazie!!
