On the lower ground floor there is a private parking spot.Entrance; sitting/dining – room with a kitchen corner; bathroom (shower); master bedroom.The rental property is located outside the restricted area called ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) thus you can drive to it and park in the underground garage (place for one car only included in the rent).



Heating and air conditioning operate via a centralized system, and seasonal activation dates are determined annually by the building administration.
